Customer service was great and attentive. Had issues with a drawer front and they replaced it right away. Brian was excellent even when I had alot of changes to my order. Order was completed on time and packaged extremely well. I would definitely order from Nieu again.

We just finished a large home Reno and Nieu did our kitchen, mud room and master bathroom cabinet doors! Customer service was excellent…. Any questions were answered very promptly. All samples were sent promptly. The cabinet doors are perfect…. No imperfections from shipping. Excellent instructions for the door/cabinet combinations.

I used Nieu to reface part of my kitchen this spring, changing out solid Ikea doors for glass-front ones. The experience was great!

The zoom consultation to check my measurements and style choices was very helpful. After that, the ordering process was smooth. The doors were really well-packaged and arrived earlier than expected.

They were well milled, fit perfectly in the cabinets, the old hinges fit too, and the mdf (DIY-option) took paint with no issues.

In addition to being a quality product, the assistance from the consultant and sales/order team was excellent.

Like shopping for the perfect cocktail dress, finding the perfect cabinet fronts are an exercise in patience and resolve. When I stumbled upon Nieu, I knew I had found my solution. The offerings are on trend, not five years past but this season including a choice for grain direction. All this making my kitchen look like I paid WAY more for it than I actually did. Also, the physical product is excellent and the install was a breeze with Ikea cabinets. Bougie looking but easy on the pocket book. The customer service was also very helpful when I needed to reorder a piece because my contractor (husband) cut a piece incorrectly.

I painstakingly drew the elevations and measurements of my kitchen end panels , drawers and doors. It was quite an involving project getting all the colors and textures of the room pulled together. I worked with Julia, who was extremely helpful and patient with my questions and details of the project. I got too busy and tabled the project. When winter came again I got back into that mode and I reached out to Julianand she had all my sketch elevations saved and sent them back to me so I could dive back into it .

She made suggestions and helped clarified some of the measurements. I decided I had to re do the flooring and paint the walls and pulled the trigger on the order with Nieu cabinets. I ended up ordering about 68 doors and drawers and end panels. So it was a commitment that required my DIY skills to full attention.

The shipment came packaged extremely well and I was trying not to get overwhelmed with the amount of surfaces that were going to be replaced.

Every panel fit exactly like the originals with exception to the hinges that were suggested that I go with soft closing type. ( I am glad I did). There are some really great tutorials on you tube for how the drawer mechanisms come apart and re assemble. I paced myself to do some a few at a time as it requires your total concentration if you want to do it right. I recommend obtaining a jig for the handle pull drilling as you have one shot at drilling them correctly.

Overall, the quality is great, the support from Nieu cabinets is awesome, and I would highly recommend Nieu cabinets over having a local contractor spraying your old doors. They will still be old when they are done painting.

Great product, 29 doors and drawer fronts came exactly as ordered, down to the 1/16". Packaged and labeled professionally.

I could not be happier with our Nieu cabinet doors to upgrade the built-in IKEA PAX wardrobe. The paint colour we got matches Sherwin Williams Black Magic and the quality of the finish is perfection on the doors. Nieu staff were so helpful in providing info on how to prime and paint our other surrounding cabinetry to match and were very responsive when troubleshooting was needed. Can't recommend them enough, very happy with how our doors turned out!

Those that I ordered look like real wood and they are in details oriented style. Just love them.

My cabinet refacing project was 100% DIY. Tom was very helpful and patient. He met with me multiple times over Zoom to help me determine the fine details of updating our vintage cabinets with new doors and drawer fronts. Everything arrived as expected and installation was not challenging at all. My kitchen looks so modern now. I highly recommend Nieu for anyone bold enough to take on your own kitchen refacing project.

My new kitchen cabinet doors look fantastic! The customer service was outstanding. There were several months between my order and my install, and Nieu had no problem helping me, and making a couple of additional doors/drawer fronts as my project evolved.

I am loving my new cabinet doors. The entire process was simple and easy. Their order page made it simple to capture all the necessary measurements and details. It was also easy to reach out to a live agent for guidance and clarifications. The doors were very well packaged, beautiful and a perfect fit. I would definitely recommend ordering from Nieu.

I initially found the website overly complicated, so I decided to call and speak with someone directly. At first, the representative seemed a bit unsure why I was calling about ordering cabinet doors, but we eventually worked through it and I was transferred to a service person who was very helpful.

I attempted to place my order through the website again but still found the process confusing, so I emailed Tom with labeled photos and measurements. I appreciated that he was able to use those to put the order together for me. However, when I received the quote, I didn’t review it as carefully as I should have, and unfortunately an entire door was missed.

When the order arrived, not only was that door missing, but the hinges were as well. I called immediately and was then informed that the hinges ship separately—something that had never been communicated. After looking into it, the service representative discovered that the hinges hadn’t been shipped at all. She arranged expedited shipping and offered a discount on the missing door, which I appreciated.

That said, the situation did cost me money, as I had a contractor come to install the doors and had to send him away due to the missing parts.. and I had to wait another month to rent out my unit.

After a long process that started in mid-January, the final cabinet door is finally being installed today. While I’m very happy with the final product—it looks great and fits perfectly—the overall experience was frustrating due to the lack of communication and ordering issues.
