never received my gift cards, ongoing since June 2024, no response from them after asking why,BIG,Big, SCAM, don't waste your time, also my account was hacked do to opening up my computer with them, TERRIBLE ORDEAL, YOU WERE WARNED

NielsonIQ invited me to upload their VizIT app to participate in a 2 week Pet treat study which I completed. They never gave me the promised reward. I reported Nielson to the better business bureau. I emailed them with the case number. I got 2 replies from them stating they have no record. Considerable amount of my money, time and information went into their study . They went silent on me after I provided them proof of the project study I completed.

They are amazing and true to their mission statement. You literally don’t even realize that you’re making money, until you get a notification of your MANY points you passively made!! I’ve had no issues with hackers or any data breaches yet, so all around just a great way to make extra income. 

I was scammed by an individual who claimed to work at nielsen media after several attempts at trying the company via email phone and social media I believe they are just a front for scamming people have reported the matter to the police.

Don't waste your time. Everything is problematic. The tiny rewards not worth the large amount of effort.

We use to get these monthly and it took forever but was interesting and free money but now they are WAY TOO LONG & payments either Not sent or take weeks and weeks. Just NOT WORTH YOUR TIME ANYMORE

No problems as of yet. Highly recommended.

You guys broke my surround sound. It's not OK. My tv is old. First of all I don't have the money to be buying a brand new tv let alone a brand new surround sound. Your Nielsen excitement broke my surround sound. First of all you guys should've let me know that your excitement was going to break my surround sound. I don't have the money to buy a brand new surround sound system. I'm not going to participate in Nielsen until you fix my surround sound. I don't care.

This Company allows me to send them my purchases in exchange for fabulous gifts and the like! The panel is mega easy to use and leaves you feeling accomplished and ever so happy!!! I can't thank Nielsen enough for the opportunities they have provided me, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them as an ENTERPRISE!

The app is so unreliable and unstable, half the time I am unable to transmit and just give up.
I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it, when I reinstalled it I had lost my points.
Even when I do get it working my points balance has gone down!

When I do get the app working, it says I am only one week away from the next level - it has said this for months now.
It is the most unstable and unreliable app I have ever installed and sometimes it's just not worth the hassle.

I have been part of this consumer panel for a number of years now and never had a problem. This year it seems they have hired someone else to handle the issue of vouchers. I ordered some Ember Inn vouchers on 29/11/23, i have yet to receive these nearly 5 months on. I have contacted Neilsen on several occasions and although they have informed me they would be sent in a couple of days, i am still waiting and now i am being told to log this yet again with the reward site. I seem to be going round in circles and feel i have sent my barcodes all last year for nothing. This is not acceptable.

I've been participating for years now. Earning vouchers in exchange for my browsing history (anonymously). I don't even realise it's running.

Been on the panel for a few years now. I think the most you earn is 75 coins a week if that. Never hit more than 5 coins from tokens each month. the problem that I have now is that logging in is a problem. I have to log in and out multiple times because an error message pops up. I haven't received any tokens for this month. I contacted the help center about this 5 days ago and was told to give it by the end of the week on Tuesday and It is now Sunday. I honestly don't know if this company tracking my internet history is worth sharing my privacy.

Support is abysmal. I keep getting messages that there is a problem and to contact support but the do not reply to messages and there is no contact number I AM FED UP

I’ve been participating in nielsen panel for roughly 5 years, give or take a few years. And so far i’ve been very impressed. Having scanned and submitted my groceries and filled in surveys, over the years I’ve accumulated enough points to have so far withdraw around £500 in amazon vouchers, with more points still pending in my account.
