Issue resolved
Made a substantial order, revived the next day. Great turnaround for delivery, but unfortunately most of the order was wrong and most of it was incorrectly advertised. I emailed customer service and didn’t get a response that made much sense. Following a call to customer service I was called back by a gent called Kyle who was helpful took my feedback on board about the incorrectly advertised products on the website and assured me this will be rectified he also gave me a partial refund for some of the products. I would have liked what I ordered but the discount made it bearable. Overall ok experience was delivered quickly which I like a lot, and the problem was resolved quickly also.

I don’t understand all these 1 star reviews, especially the guy who got what he ordered (GUM) and still complained because he read the advert wrong. Some people, man. I’ve giving them 5 stars because yes, I ordered TROPICAL ICE and was shipped TROPICAL MANGO, but I called the number on the site, a lady answered right away, I send I would send a photo, she received my photo while I was still on the phone and within 10 minutes of hanging up, I had a new tracking number and a parcel on the way. I understand sometimes wrong items get shipped but the professionalism and speed in which she dealt with it was exceptional. My new parcel is yet to arrive so I’ll update this if it doesn’t but so far, exceptional service. I don’t believe in low scores for a genuine accident. They certainly aren’t a scam as others have stated because I ordered, it was shipped the same day and arrived (wrong of course) the day after. I’ve no doubt after seeing a few comments about wrong items being shipped that they will implement a new way of working so these things don’t happen again. Thanks, Nic Poches. Oh, and just to add, the money I paid for shipping the products back they gave me back in store credit so I’m not out anything.

I’m extremely happy!
I came across these guys from an ad on Instagram. To be honest, the prices they were offering and the next day delivery seemed too good to be true. However, the service is insane.
I have put my friends onto this service aswell that’s how good it is. Really well priced Snus and great service. I will continue buying from these guys for the foreseeable future.

Dodgy company and likely scammers. No order received
Dodgy company. I've ordered once before and everything went well so decided to order again. I requested royal mail and they sent DPD, who then proceeded to lose the package (which is why I wanted royal mail!). All I needed to do is contact these people and ask them to open an investigation with DPD and refund me or send my package again.
Got put through to the most clueless person I have ever encountered in my life. He didn't know where he worked, says it's his first day and I could barely get an understandable word out of him. He then passed me over to someone "helpful" who acted like they were handling my issue. He asked me to put the phone down and call straight back, which I did and now they're ignoring all my calls.
Avoid like the plague, just pay a few quid more and go somewhere else.
Edit: the package turned up eventually, had been dumped outside and a neighbor took it in for me. Still, the customer service from these people was virtually none existent and I won't be using again.

Yesterday I ordered 10 pack of Nicotine Gum from this company... They sent pouches. It quite clearly said "GUM" on my order, as that what I ordered.
What came were some weird little tea bag things... I Ordered GUM.
I contacted them stated, they had sent the wrong thing, which they denied... I sent pictures of the item, which quite clearly states GUM, and a screen shot go my order stating GUM.
I then got a reply back saying that it states they are pouches on the page... It doesnt, it states GUM!!!
I asked for a returns label and received this....
Of course if you would like to return the product you are welcome to do so at your own cost,

Cheapest Online | Great Service | £2.70
My Mate, told me about this site, said it was cheap, so I jumped on it. I normally buy a can of Velo from Morrisons, for £6 found the same flavour on there website brought a 10 pack, paid like £2.70 per can. Madness!
Honesty I don't know why its so cheap, but i'm not complaining at all. done a second order, last week for 100 cans, no issue at all. going to do another order this week. Guys don't sleep on this site.

Placed on order on Friday 18th for next day delivery! Received tracking information that is constantly changing (saying is have been delivered, then saying it is being processed etc). Over a week later have not heard anything in regards to our order. We have tried calling the number on the website and our calls keep getting declined (it rings for a brief period before being cut off). We have used the website form to contact them and have not received any further correspondence. I have tried contacting them through social media and have not heard back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Edit: the order was not placed in my name and since leaving this review we received tracking information and the order arrived 2 days later.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE
Ordered on Wednesday 16th April for next day delivered then wasn’t shipped out till Thursday and i get a notification saying my parcel is arriving on Tuesday 22nd of April. I talked to the manager and told him i need it for atleast Friday 18th and he confirmed it will arrive for then as i need to go on holiday. Ive contacted them multiple times and the manager but they are all useless and ignoring my calls and messages.
