Scammed me of £55
Ordered a sleeve of pouches over 2 months ago, tried multiple times to contact the company, through the WhatsApp attached at the bottom, multiple emails and calls and no response. DO NOT BUY. Unless you want to be scammed £55 and get no response.

Avoid paying for Saturday delivery
Made an order and paid £13 for Saturday delivery, items actually ended up arriving on the Monday - which normally wouldn’t be an issue as still super quick delivery, but when you pay £13 for a certain delivery it’s not ideal (and yes I was in all day and no delivery was attempted) Contacted them via email and they apologised and advised they would send a free tub on my next order, ordered a couple weeks later, again super quick delivery but received no free tub, would be a 5 star review if it wasn’t for this, small things can make a business 5 star unfortunately, I wouldn’t advise against using them at all, but probably avoid paying £13 for Saturday delivery.

How can I pay £13.00 for Saturday delivery and my parcel did not come until the Tuesday? Won’t be using this again and I am waiting for a response via email as I would like a refund. Still haven’t received one.
