It’s great on the rare occasions it works correctly. GPS shows the wrong location more than it does the correct one. And I don’t mean a few meters off. It consistently shows my child in Canada… we live in AL, USA. Sometimes you have to retry sending messages 5-6 times before they go through, even when connected to great WiFi. We’ve also had billing issues. They charged the six month price, every month. I’m so over it.

This watch is more of a novelty toy do not rely on it to communicate with your child service is very unreliable and does not always go through when you call it or send messages. If you chat with customer service they recommend you updating the app restarting your phone restarting the watch something you can't do when your child is not around you majority of the time you try to send messages or call they never go through

If I could give this thing 0 stars I would. Confusing set up. Doesn’t hold a charge long. And most importantly when the battery dies or must be charged you must remember re-pair and sync (which is also confusing to do) to your phone every time. It’s a real pain in the rear. Unreliable messaging. Cannot contact my son for instructions for after school pickup. This thing is Junk,

This watch you can’t set up without the subscription.

Wish there could be a ZERO rating. This is pretty much a scam. Ordered the watch, paid the fee for it to be connected, only for it to basically be a cheap game for my son. Tracking doesn’t work, he can not call me, and I can’t call him which takes away the whole point of me getting this watch. I wanted my now 7 year old something he could use when playing outside with neighbor friends. What a waste

After paying quite a high price for the watch I discovered it requires a monthly subscription fee to work making it over £100 per year to run. GPS cuts out regularly so location is a bit hit n miss which isn't good when this was the sole purpose of using the watch.

That being said, my son loved the games etc and we kept the subscription going for him to call us when out with other family members etc.

This month's payment came out twice within a few days of each other and after looking back we discovered that this has been going on since signing up over a year ago. Again partly my fault for having not realised but when checking the bank it's been missed as payment is within days I've just assumed it's been the Same one.

Contacted customer service to notify of this. Wasn't expecting to be refunded that far back but wanted to make sure It didn't continue to happen. I was told they could not find my subscription or any duplicate payments. If they couldn't find the subscription I'm unsure how they can 100% say there has been no duplicate payments but again the fault lies with me there so subscription now cancelled from my end and we are looking at other means to allow our son to contact us whilst out without full access to a phone. Hopefully with fully functioning GPS this time too.

It's disappointing for buying this product. Nothing is working how should work. Not possible to make calls not possible to turn on live tracking. Notification arrives to late when I check where is my doghter it's saying that she is at next street but she is sitting next to me.Bad product

Terrible product. Purchased a subscription but the watch has no functionality and message says ‘renew subscription’. Despite being brand new, the watch will not charge properly and advises to clean the charging pins, which I have done to no avail. I would not recommend this watch.

My son was on the train and he couldn’t call as it needed WiFi to work

Even though we fully charged it
If I could I would never get it as I thought he can call me whenever he wants but he tried to call me and it wanted WiFi to call
And then the voice isn’t clear on the watch

Absolutely over the moon with my son’s watch. He’s just turned 7 and absolutely loves it! Great games and gives me peace of mind when he’s out playing.

I got the pay £1 and 12 monthly installments plan. Watch arrived very quickly. My eldest daughter is becoming more independent and wanting to venture out (not far) with friends or to the shop, etc. And, she loves SpongeBob and Loud House! This was the perfect purchase and includes everything I had hoped it would with the added appeal of her favourite TV shows. It's simple to use, stylish, comfortable, affordable and helps me to know that she is safe. It is so much more appropriate than giving her full access to a smartphone device where she may be at risk of accessing harmful content.

I purchased a subscription for 2 watches for my children and none of the codes work so my children can't use there christmas presents very disappointed.
Although I wouldn't purchase these watches again it seems they've investigated as to why it didn't work, so I've uped my rating.

Great watch, great price and the monthly rolling contract has been the same price as my morning coffee which is amazing! My niece loves her early Christmas present - fun games and her family has peace of mind when she's out and about with the babysitter!

Great product for all the family. Been really ideal for keeping kids safe and in communication but also great fun for them! Works amazingly!

So very disappointed with this watch. It was purchased for my 8 yr old. Whilst the games are fun, the messaging and calling features are intermittent at best, and the GPS (the reason for the watch purchase) is nonexistent. This creates fear and anxiety in my 8 yr old who wears it when they very reluctantly have to go for overnight access so they can keep in touch. Given the price of the watch and the rolling contract fees, it is absolutely not worth it. I will be returning it and looking for something more reliable.

You cannot rely on this watch, GPS doesn’t work properly and the watch fails to make calls and texts consistently. The watch is supposed to give you peace of mind but it actually gives me more worry as it isn’t reliable. I will be returning this watch.

phone calling doesnt work most times or when it does the lag is about 2 seconds in conversions so useless and volume of audio is so low you cant hear if outdoors which is when phone really only works ,gps doesnt work unless fully out in open and takes ages to locate at startup,
charging is a joke as takes about 10 seconds to let you know if its actually charging and then if charge less then 30% about it disables half of features on phone and as phone discharges from 100% to less then 30 in less then a hour with kid playing on phone,the strap is designed wrong as all nick charactors on strap are on inside of strap so you cant see them when its on a child

This watch showed so much promis but the reality was it fell well short.
Bought for my 7 year old son and he loved it but the technical problems started from day 1.
If me or my wife was connected to WiFi with our phones ( both android) it wouldn't allow connection to the watch and if my son wanted to call us and we was on WiFi it would ring on our phones but as soon as you tried to answer it would fail and say it couldn't connect.
I was in constant contact with the company and they sent an update over to fix the issue but instead I was still getting the same problem but now on start up of the watch I was getting an error message and only 50% of the time I was able to get a location on the GPS.
They then told me technical was working on sorting the issues out a week passed and nothing so I ended up starting the return process.
I have now received my refund for the watch but I had to pay to return the watch costing me £11 as I wanted it sign for I have sent them the invoice for this which they have said they will reimburse me, but still no sign of it.
When all bugs are sorted out this will be a great watch for kids but right now I'm afraid don't waste your time and money.
