The door was 1st rate quality!!! We were under the impression we would have a door in 4 weeks and were disappointed it showed up about 7 weeks after ordering.

Awesome door and shipping was packaged good. I asked if the doors were finished and was told they were unfinished and wished that I had known or offered to have them stained, I would of had it done. Very nice door for the price. Good solid wood door.

Very nice doors and I paid a little extra to expedite and they even got here earlier then expected.Great customer service and great products

Door was well packaged.
Had to wait weeks for assembly and shipping. Back logs are good for business but hard to plan for. Had to install a temp door from local hardware to get by.
Love the door once it got here.

Crate 2x4's Nailed to door jam, will have to be cut off with sawzall in order to keep the lock side from breaking. Screws should be used for these very expensive doors, so they can be removed without damaging the doors with a crowbar. Door has no damage, but removing crate had its obstacles to keep from damaging it. I will also have to cut the nails to remove the sheeting from the bottom of the aluminum threshold. I am not installing the door until the house is ready, in two months.

My new doors are unique and beautiful . The sizes where exact . this is the third house ive put nicks doors in . highly recommend.

I haven’t received the door yet, so I’ll rate the company on customer service only. I was disappointed that I couldn’t talk about any changes to the door, no matter how small, without listening to the company line, “that’s custom, 4 to 6 extra weeks and double the price”. Should you have to double the price of the door just to lower a hinge or remove some of the decorative iron? Very frustrating. On the other hand, everyone was pleasant and very receptive when I needed the invoice resent.

The order was late, the advice was terrible and the wrong doors were shipped.

When contacted the staff was rude and refused to help even with the wrong doors clearly being sent.

Stay away from this company at all costs !!!!

Everyone at their location was knowledgeable and helpful. Got our doors in the time frame that was indicated. Opened crate to inspect doors as they instructed since we had them shipped to us and there was no damage everything was packed well except for 1 small frame piece that was left loose. If there is anything they can improve on it would be to wrap that small piece in bubble wrap however there was no damage and we got the doors as promised. It is worth the trip to go and see their facility as they have a lot to choose from. We will definitely use them again.

I cant even believe how happy we are with the quality of the 3 sets of doors we've received. Unbelievable packing and not a scratch on them. We have 4 more sets of doors needed for our country market and we totally know where we will be getting them. One of the best purchases we've made so far for our store.

Good quality doors. Order took over two months to be delivered from the time the order was placed.

Sales people and the Production people were very curious. The door was delivered ahead of schedule! It was in excellent condition and was made just like we wanted.

Ordered doors 8 weeks ago. Still haven’t seen them. Worst experience of my life. Lots of excuses every time I call. Still worried that they won’t show up. Will let ya know the outcome. Hopefully it isn’t me losing my business from them.

Best purchase! We were a little hesitant to order online due to the manufacturer being many states away from us, but ultimately was the best decision! We are so pleased with how it turned out, not to mention how many compliments we get on it!

This is second time we've ordered our Alder bifolds from Nick's. They're always beautiful. This time we had a glitch in where they were shipped and as a result received them a little late, but I still wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
