The Staff are very friendly . The Doctor who assist me she thoroughly check my eye and very friendly and explain to me properly what shes going to do which i understood very well. I would Highly recommend Nicholson Eyecare .

What a wonderful experience! A very detailed examination and fully explained too. Claire is very patient and informed my why I have high eye pressure etc. I feel very safe and happy in their hands and would not go back to a well known high street opticians again. I have been coming here for many years and it always delivers. The examination is very thorough and any changes explained for you to understand. Their are plenty of frames to choose from and help with this is there if required.

I find visiting Nicholson Eyecare a pleasure, always greeted with a smile. Very efficient, prompt service when ordering new glasses or getting repairs. Clair is so good at explaining things in plain English and has a lovely manner, makes having your eyes tested easy. I would recommend a visit.

One of the most thorough, careful, helpful and considered eye tests I've ever had, using a variety of modern machinery and essential human skill and knowledge...followed and backed up by the shop floor, I think Hollie and Bonnie. Nothing was too much trouble. And importantly, my vision in my new specs is fantastic meaning they got a complicated prescription right! Which it wasn't at a previous well known chain that I'll never go back to!

Have now purchased two pairs of glasses with Nicholson Eyecare. Sunglasses with multifocal lenses and every day glasses again with multifocal but also transition lenses.

It was my first visit at the Bransgore branch and Wow, was I pleasantly impressed! , I received a first class service, from beginning to end. Everyone was so polite, professional, friendly and eager to help. I didn’t want to spend much and they gave me options, without pressure or judgment. The Optician, Claire, was attentive and discussed options, I didn’t feel rushed at all. I 100% recommend going there.

All the staff were very helpful & pleasant.
I had a sight test and scan. Which were very thorough and not rushed.
I wanted transition bi focals but unfortunately found transition didn’t come in bi focals only variafocals.
Anyway the staff didn’t give up and phoned me the next day to say they had managed to source bifocals transitions.😎

Have used Nicholson Eyecare for a few years now and they are a fantastic Opticians from having my test with Clare the care and advice I receive is excellent through to choosing spectacles and lenses with Andrea and final fitting and adjustments with Holly I wholly recommend them. I had such a fantastic experience at Nicholson EyeCare! Bonnie was wonderful in helping me choose my glasses, she made sure I found the perfect pair, and I absolutely love them. Holly’s customer service was excellent, she made getting into my appointment room so easy and stress-free. And Claire, the optician, was just brilliant. She used some amazing technology I’d never seen before to get me the most accurate prescription I’ve ever had.

A few weeks earlier, my daughter Elora also had her appointment with Maria, the children’s optician, and the experience was just as amazing. Elora had previously been told by another optician that she needed glasses, but she didn’t feel she did. Maria confirmed that Elora was right, and we were all so relieved and happy. Elora usually struggles with meeting new people, but Maria made her feel completely comfortable and at ease. We left feeling reassured and very well looked after.

From start to finish, Nicholson EyeCare has been fantastic for both me and my daughter. Highly recommend!
