Non existent customer service, erroneous billing

Back in October of 2025 I purchased a course. Was not able to access it. Reaching out to support daily required a week to receive a response. I cancelled everything. 6 months later I received a receipt for the community hub subscription. Reaching out by email and phone for a two week period resulted in not receiving a response. Currently pursuing this with credit card company to avoid recurring charges.
I can not recommend having anything to do with these folks at all.

Negative Review to Nicholas Kusmich's service/program

# Negative Review of Nichols Kusmich's Service/Program

I regret having to leave a negative review, but I value honest feedback as it provides the best insight into a service or professional. While this is my personal experience and may not reflect everyone's experience, I believe it's important to share.

## The Purchase

On June 17, 2024, I purchased a service from The Advisor Council of Mr. Nicholas Kusmich. Prior to this, I had participated in two free online consultations offered by the company.

### Issues with Communication

After the first video call, I expected to receive a link to the recorded call and a summary of our discussion. However, I received no response from the employee/salesman, forcing me to schedule a second call after numerous unanswered messages.

### Misalignment of Services

During the second call, I was presented with a solution that supposedly met my needs. I had consistently specified that I did not want courses and was seeking individualized assistance, primarily to better manage my Facebook ads and improve my brand positioning. I emphasized that I already had a website and the necessary tools for my online activity.

### The Offer

I was offered a program costing $4,500 for three months, payable monthly at quote of $1,500. The salesperson provided a payment link without any further information about the service conditions. (eg. sign a contract).

## The Purchase Process

Upon clicking the link, I was directed to a purchase page with a form to complete the payment. At the bottom of this form was a checkbox to accept the Terms and Conditions of Service.

### Misleading Terms

Before purchasing, I read the terms. Under "Refunds / Cancellations," specifically for membership programs like Council, it stated: "There is a 14-day cancellation notification policy required for any membership programmes."

This led me to believe that the service I was purchasing was a membership program, as it was presented as a program payable monthly. Based on this understanding, I proceeded with the purchase.

## Post-Purchase Issues

Immediately after payment, a page opened with a contract for me to read and sign. This raised significant concerns:

1. It's an unfair and non-transparent business practice to provide a contract only after purchase, without prior opportunity to review.
2. I was never informed that I would need to sign a contract or given a chance to read it before purchasing.

### Immediate Action

I promptly contacted their customer service, copying all relevant parties (the consultant/salesman and Nicholas Kusmich). I highlighted this problematic procedure in my communication and my needs (refund).

Notably, within 24 hours, they changed their shopping cart, replacing the link to the Terms and Conditions with the Contract link, effectively admitting to the error.

## Refund Request

Before considering legal action, I contacted them requesting a refund of my $1,500. I communicated this request within 2-3 hours of my purchase and reiterated it in all subsequent communications.

### Company Response

They attempted to offer alternative solutions, but I consistently refused, emphasizing my desire for a refund. The basis of trust necessary for any business relationship was lost, and I believed the law granted me the right to a refund, especially given the unfair and non-transparent business practices.

### Lack of Resolution

Eventually, they ceased responding to my emails and communications, apparently believing they could retain my money despite clear legal protections and their non-transparent commercial practices.

## Key Points

- Had I been informed about signing a contract and given the opportunity to read it before purchase, I would not have bought the service.
- To date, I have not received a refund despite my legitimate request, never using the main service purchased, and making an immediate refund request within hours of payment.
- I have not signed the contract presented after purchase.

## Evidence

I possess all necessary evidence to support my claims, including:
- All communications
- Screenshots of their page before and after the changes
- Canadian regulations regarding digital contracts
- Relevant international, common, and civil law regulations

I leave it to the reader to evaluate and judge the situation based on my experience.

Nic is the best in the industry. I have worked with many marketing agencies and Nic and his team are the best of the best. I've had a great experience in Nic…

I've had a great experience in Nic Kusmich council coaching program.

He brings so much value to the calls each week and the group is full of leaders and change makers.

I'd highly recommend his programs.

In fact I spent 35,000 dollars with another agency before I joined this program and I've gotten 10x the value for 1/3 the price.

Nic isn't just an exceptional lead generation and marketing expert, he's an exceptional human who strikes the perfect balance when working with individuals new to paid media and lead generation. Smart? Exceptionally so. Effective? More than most. Fun to work with? The best part of being part of Nic's program. 5 Stars - highly recommend.

There’s a lot of noise out there with many agencies claiming to transform your digital
marketing. We know this because we’ve worked with quite a few of them, and with limited success. We came across Nic and his team and did our homework. They’ve been doing this longer than most. They are the real deal. They’ve lived up to our high expectations and you would be doing yourself a disservice not hiring this team on the spot.
