Knowledgeable and extremely helpful in resolving our issues

Absolutely delighted with the phenomenal customer service i have received from Nicholas Anthony for the last three years. I planned my kitchen with them back in 2019 and had it fitted in 2022 (new build). I had some minor bits that needed changing and the team have always responded so promptly to all of my requests, with nothing being too much trouble. The kitchen, utility, boot room and pantry are beautiful. The quality and finishing of the whole project is stunning and i can't recommend them enough. Thank you to Niko Rasides and Kevin Turner. You are a credit to Nicholas Anthony.

Advice for anyone choosing Nicholas Anthony (NA) to design their kitchen:

1: Go elsewhere

2: If you choose to stay, categorically say no to Siemactic manufacturing your kitchen. Siematic kitchens are late, made to wrong measurements repeatedly, fail to detect and correct design flaws and look mediocre.

3: Have their design drawings looked over by another kitchen designer. As a layperson, you may not pick up on the design elements that are wrong or counter-intuitive (like a banquette designed too high that when the 8cm cushion is placed on it, your knees will hit the table, your finger gets caught by the microwave door when opening the fridge door etc.) once things go wrong, they will not correct them.

4: Have their contract reviewed by your solicitor, as they ensure they are protected under any circumstances, and once the kitchen is fitted and items have gone wrong, you can't get them to correct it.

Having met the MD of NA, I now understand why NA operates as it does. Most companies are a reflection of their owners, and NA's owner/MD does not take responsibility, hides behind his contract, tries to bully you, and throws you out of his showroom when he does not like hearing what you tell him.

George Green is fantastic designer and Nicholas Anthony offer a superb product. I recommend them to everyone who asks about our Kitchen.

Rude and arrogant.

A plated Quooker tap was installed with my new Siematic Kitchen. Unfortunately, the tap became leaky after two years, but Nicholas Anthony arranged for the defective part to be replaced promptly. Their customer service is exemplary.

I had Nicolas Anthony design my kitchen. From design to supply to install the service was second to none.
Nicholas Anthony were in constant contact. Answering various enquiries. Solving issues promptly.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again although the kitchen is of such quality I won't need to replace it for years.

I came into the showroom, I was left alone to wander, but when I needed help, the assistant was so helpful and informative, I wanted to purchase a Quooker Tap, I even had a demonstration, I placed my order and was told how long it would take etc. So very helpful. Well done.

Niko, at your Knightsbridge showrooms, did an excellent job helping us to select the right Gaggenau oven and hob for our kitchen. And when it came to installation, the fitter Adam Laing and his colleague did a superb job. We're delighted with the results.

Nicholas Anthony has provided me with an excellent service from start to finish. Adam in their Wigmore Street showroom worked with me on the design and specification of the kitchen, and I can say that there is nothing that I would change! The installation was quick and efficient, and the aftercare has been excellent. Kristian has been responsive to any minor issues that have arisen and ensured that they have been appropriately dealt with.
