1 month in and I'm still waiting for my order to even be shipped. Worse, they don't proactively communicate. When I reached out, I got conflicting messages – in the end, none were helpful. And then they just stopped replying altogether. The most recent emails I sent them can't even get delivered for some reason. I tried their chatbot, help center, order summary page, nothing works to tell me when exactly my order is arriving. What a shame. Would have been nice to support a small brand. Seems like another scam, unfortunately.

I ordered a dress which took much longer (5 weeks) to arrive than the 2 weeks promised. I was unimpressed with the qaulity and contacted them to return the item. I nevere received a return label and now the company appears to have closed as website is nonexistent and emails cannot be delivered.

I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with NicheLinen.com. I placed an order believing it was a legitimate store offering sustainable linen products. However, after completing my purchase, I received no tracking information, no meaningful customer support, and no delivery.
