Avoid
1 month in and I'm still waiting for my order to even be shipped. Worse, they don't proactively communicate. When I reached out, I got conflicting messages – in the end, none were helpful. And then they just stopped replying altogether. The most recent emails I sent them can't even get delivered for some reason. I tried their chatbot, help center, order summary page, nothing works to tell me when exactly my order is arriving. What a shame. Would have been nice to support a small brand. Seems like another scam, unfortunately.
