OLIBETTA (part of Niceshops.com)

OLIBETTA (part of Niceshops.com) – is the best online aquatic store I have ever dealt with (I have more than 15 years experience shopping online for aquatic products throughout Europe, mainly from: Germany, the UK, and Italy).

It has very well designed modern home page with clearly presented wide range of quality products in stock, or those which are out of stock with provided details when they are about to become available again.

Every single product in stock has detailed description, including the info when it will be delivered if ordered within a certain date/time. So, one will always know whatever is picked and placed into the basket, when it is going to be delivered and what is the exact cost of delivery to a particular destination.

No hidden surprises or confusions regarding, availability, final cost or delivery times, the parcel movement can be easily monitored via UPS (in my case for delivery to Ireland).

I have placed and received 6 orders so far, every time it all went exactly in the same manner: I received well packed items that I ordered, on the promised day which could be easily indicated via tracking.

I wish I could have discovered the Olibetta online store well before the 2022!
Thank you so much and please persist this way ahead!

Avoid Niceshops and UK branch Cosmeterie

Avoid!
My original order was delayed and a second order was sent by their customer service which almost arrived in time. The original order later showed up with serious defects and had been stored in a hot place thus unusable. Some weeks later I received a letter telling me that I had requested the 2 orders myself (i.e. I was contractually obligated to pay twice, once for my original order and once for the order they replaced and If I didn’t pay I’d be threatened with further action)
Unethical, unscrupulous and simply very bad business practice!
The order was through Niceshops UK branch Cosmeterie - not recommended
