I recently transferred my websites to Nicepage from another web host. Somehow, I managed to put colored lines around blocks on the first page. I didn't recognize this fact and asked Nicepage sup... See more

As an expierenced user of Freeway and Adobes fabulous Muse (both expired) and later Blocs (for Mac) I discovered Nicepage a few years ago and it surprised me how easy it suddenly became to make a website without effort. As a creative designer and not a programmer it's a delight to place elements freely on the canvas (like Muse also did) and find my way around. And if I need support they react asap and try to solve the issue with clear explanations untill it is solved. Their regular updates, to make Nicepage better almost every fortnight, reflects their will to fulfill the wishes of their customers and their care to listen.

Easy to use from scratch; both in Joomla by plugin as well as independant HTML coder – as easy as powerpoint; comprehensive and comfortable; great value, priceless usability. We used Artisteer before that.
Constant improvements… Good job, Oleg!
Outstanding support by email, too!

The software is evolving almost weekly and is the best of its kind that I know of. The support, when you need it, is great.

For building websites on Joomla this is amazing software to use. I have been using it for years and they continually are improving it and it really just gets better all the time.
It is very easy to use and intuitive to find and use all the tools.

Excellent!
With beginner level coding experience, nicepage provided what i needed to get my website up and running while looking nice and professional. One week in, so i haven’t had issues needing support as yet.
Great platform. Oleg and the nicepage team. Well done. Brilliant mind.

Nicepage conveniently offers a lot of pre-fabrication tools, but does not help editing of existing homemade, html files...
The public needs a new descriptor to differentiate the model of embedded websites, in contradistinction to the old fashion, small-user, WYSIWYG html apps... These barely exist in 2025... EG: Back in the 1990s, Dreamweaver provided simple drag and drop hyperlinking from one's personal file on disk. Old man here seeking that functionality.

I've been a Nicepage user for years, and can happily produce working, usable websites without any knowledge of code... I think that says it all.
The team behind Nicepage are generally prompt to reply and help when needed and most often we can solve issues that come up.
I do recommend Nicepage to others frequently.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nicepage. I reported a bug in July 2024 that made their product unusable that manifested months after purchase, yet they still stated that their refund policy is only for issues within 14 days after purchase. LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR refund policy does not absolve responsibility under consumer protection laws to provide a functional product for the duration of the subscription they failed to resolve the issue for over seven months saying it was a low priority issue to them. Despite acknowledging the bug and the disruption it caused, they repeatedly ignored my reasonable refund request, citing a refund policy that does not apply to post-purchase defects.
Instead of addressing my concerns, they offered meaningless license extensions while refusing to take responsibility for their defective service. Their lack of timely communication, refusal to issue a refund, and overall dismissive attitude toward customer rights make this one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company.
I would strongly advise against using Nicepage if you expect accountability or customer support.
(so nicepage has responded to me, let me put it here before they delete it, NOTE they also flagged my first response for defamatory, trying to twist and turn huh??)
Dear Customers, Reviewers, Readers,
Regarding this review, we would like to clarify that the customer requested a refund 9 months after purchase, whereas our refund policy allows refunds within 14 days.
So the customer asks for money, not a refund, and literally blackmails us, saying that if we don't pay money, he'll go around the internet leaving bad reviews.
Additionally, the feature he requested is already in our development plan; therefore, we have extended the update period, and no specific complaint was raised about the product itself.
Sincerely,
Nicepage Team
(now is my response, c: )
Dear Nicepage Team,
Your response completely misrepresents the facts of this situation. Let me clarify:
This is not about a refund within 14 days; it is about consumer rights.
The issue I reported manifested months after purchase due to a bug in your system that you acknowledged.
Consumer protection laws require companies to provide a functioning product for the duration of a subscription, not just within 14 days.
I did not "blackmail" you—I exercised my right to warn others.
I requested a refund because the service was unusable for over 7 months due to a bug you admitted was low priority for you.
You ignored my requests and refused to take responsibility, instead offering meaningless license extensions.
Leaving an honest review about my experience is not blackmail—it’s transparency.
You claim the feature is in your development plan, yet you never provided a solution.
My complaint was about a bug that broke functionality, not about wanting a new feature.
Extending the license period does not change the fact that I could not use the product as intended for most of my subscription.
Instead of addressing the core issue—your refusal to issue a refund for an unusable service—you are attempting to mislead readers and discredit a legitimate complaint.
This is a WARNING to future customers: expect no accountability or fairness from Nicepage if a serious issue arises.
Sincerely,
ME

Prices are excluding tax, translations are often wonky and untrustworthy, prices without coupon-codes are way too high. If you want to buy it, wait a few days. After the trial peroid and you'll readily recieve a 40% "discount" - which should be the normal price at least.
The software itself has many cut corners and isn't too intuitive. A few examples: The countdown-blocks never work, the contact forms are often broken and you have to strictly adhere to the block structure or the responsiveness of the site will break down immediatly.
Also, you'll be bombarded with marketing mails once you've created your account. 3 mails per week with marketing-spam are no exception.
There's far better for a much better price out there.

Best website tool ever. If youre considering wix. Think twice.

I wish the free trial had been longer. The software is easy to use but the FTP function seems to not work. Still there are many ways to upload my project. I wish I had more control over the naming of folders and that the free version made HTML 5 fields visible. The premium one does. I accidentally had code in twice when I didn't have to.

I have been using Nicepage for a while with no problem. I recently had an issue and the support I got was absolutely fantastic. They identified the issue (my fault), they fixed the issue and got me to re test the problem - all was fine. Wordpress plugin issue and caching. This is what support should look like. They have my business from now on.

I've been using the Windows version of Nicepage for over three years, and it has been an excellent tool for creating websites and landing pages. I’m currently working on a 100-page website that I originally built with another product, and Nicepage has made the rebuilding process so much smoother.
While there’s a small learning curve initially, once you get the hang of it, the platform is intuitive and delivers amazing results. The wide range of features—like built-in popups for marketing—eliminates the need for third-party tools, something I’ve found incredibly convenient.
Nicepage consistently updates its software with new features, which keeps it ahead of the game. It has now become my go-to product for building websites. On top of that, their customer support has been fantastic—quick, responsive, and always ready with practical solutions to any issues I’ve encountered.

Poor Customer Service & billing issues. Once you pay them they won't refund your money & making it very difficult. NicePage do not provide any domain transfer service. If you have an existing website then their service wont work for you but they do not mention about this on their website. They want you to transfer your domain to another Hosting Company but pay them for their website software.
