NiceNIC is an ICANN-accredited domain registrar providing domain services since 2006. As a registrar, our role is to manage domain registrations, support transfers, and follow ICANN and registry policies, especially in areas such as abuse handling and domain compliance. Domain-related services often involve multiple parties, such as registrars, hosting providers, website operators, and third-party reporters, and the differences between these roles are not always clear to customers. Some experiences described in reviews may involve website content, hosting environments, or server-side issues rather than the domain registration service itself. We continuously work to improve response times, clarify processes, and provide better support experiences for our customers. NiceNIC supports individuals, businesses, and resellers managing domains across 2,500+ extensions, with a focus on transparency, stability, and long-term domain ownership. If you have questions or need assistance, our team is always available to help.

Great people their support team is really helpful I don’t know why people are giving one stars but they have fast support, good domains and all the staff are actually super kind. Thanks Helen

I’m new to Nicenic and I’m honestly impressed by their customer support. Fast, helpful, and professional. Your domains are definitely safe with them. Highly recommended!

Filthy rogue outfit who openly & persistently host stealing Bitcoin mining scam rackets, despite numerous take down notices having been issued. Obviously this is a criminal supporting nefarious company never to be trusted.
*Update for April 2026*
These scoundrels tried to flag my review as being allegedly false resulting in an attempted removal. Having submitted all proofs of their skulduggery to Trustpilot, Nicenic can no longer try to conceal their criminal content hosting practices. This company failed to even reach out to me so I could verify their wrongdoing. This just proves they have about as much integrity as a burglar, being deceitful to the core, while maintaining to be up to their necks in consistently facilitating hosting of covert criminal asset theft content. The FBI IC3 Internet Crime Division have been made fully aware of this company aiding & abetting criminal activity through hosting such.

This domain provider is honestly top-tier. The dashboard is smooth and easy to use, and their customer support is excellent. What I really appreciate is that they respect their users and don’t engage in shady practices like stealing domains, which sadly happens with some providers nowadays.
I’m definitely planning to purchase more domains from Nicenic.
Keep up the great work!

There is a serious concern that the registrar NICENIC continues to allow domains involved in the illegal sale of narcotics (including mephedrone, amphetamine, cocaine, PVP, ecstasy, and others) to remain active despite repeated reports and substantial evidence.
Such inaction raises serious questions about compliance with registrar obligations and demonstrates a lack of due diligence in addressing clearly documented illegal activity.

I too, an independent security researcher who focuses on phishing, I agree with all other 1 star reviews. About 40 to 50 % of the phishing sites I analyze are registered with this Registrar. This simply cannot be a coincidence. It's statistically impossible... How is a Registrar not privy to this? How can, after several months or even years of massive amounts of abuse reports being sent, can they still not be privy to this? This is where I can only assume that this particular Registrar is complicit. That being said, they are now ignoring abuse reports again. For a short time they appeared to be minimally reactive to the reports, but now their minimal efforts have subsided once again. I suggest to all like minded individuals to report this Registrar, and every single one like them, to ICANN. Save your email chains, and take screenshots as evidence. Only then will these practices be stopped.
Phishing sites slow to get seized, their abuse reporting email sends you in a continuous loop of follow-ups to waste your time (very few respectable registrars do this). They do respond decently fast to their blackhatworld customers though!

The most reliable domain provider out there!
Keep it up.

I am a security researcher and I dont think ive ever seen a registrar as neglegent as nicenic. They have an abuse report proccess sure, but they do the bare minimum to stay in compliance with ICANN guidelines.
Abuse tickets I have made were randomly closed without response in a hope which I would forget about the domain.
I have never seen a domain/site which is not a malicious be registered with nicenic. They also sent out marketing emails offering 'bulletproof domains' and 'domains with fewer abuse reports'.
People are getting scammed daily and nicenic just sits and watches, shame on you people.

I think you guys should work more on providing responsive TLD, it's like paying for a domain and getting an anti-TLD just like it is in your description.

I really wanted to give Nicenic a fair shot, but my experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I visited their website hoping to register a domain, but the whole process felt clunky and confusing. Pages loaded slowly, and I kept running into errors that made it hard to complete even basic tasks.
I reached out to their support team, hoping for some guidance, but the response was vague and didn’t actually solve the issue. It felt like I was talking to a wall, polite, but not helpful.
What bothers me most is how they handle feedback. I later checked their Trustpilot profile and noticed that a huge portion of their reviews are one-star, and they’ve flagged dozens of them. That doesn’t sit right with me. If customers are unhappy, the solution isn’t to silence them, it’s to improve.

I had a recent and disappointing experience with NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED. Their website gave me the impression of a professional domain service provider, but my interaction with them was far from smooth.
Despite browsing their site and attempting to engage with their services, I encountered slow loading times and confusing navigation. I reached out for support, but the response was delayed and unhelpful. It felt like they were more interested in deflecting responsibility than resolving issues.
What’s even more concerning is how they manage their Trustpilot presence. I believe in honest reviews and transparency, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they take steps to improve both their service and their approach to customer feedback.

I rarely leave reviews, but this company left me no choice. The service was terrible from start to finish unresponsive customer support, misleading information on their website, and no accountability when things went wrong. I tried reaching out multiple times and got generic replies that solved nothing. I genuinely regret trusting them with my money and time. Avoid this company at all costs.

I paid in goodwill certain amount of money via Bitcoin and I have this credit in my account but I can not withdraw it. They do not refund my money. So, how can I leave a positive review for a company who has such an unprofessional attitude? Somebody convince me and I will revise my review.
