We used Nicemove for our house move last week and were extremely happy with the service from start to finish. Patrick came round quickly to provide a quote, which was clear, transparent, and competitively priced. They were also very flexible when we had to change our move date.
The team on the day were professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced – we felt completely comfortable trusting them with our belongings. They were also very accommodating when we had a delay getting the keys, which we really appreciated.
Georgia was fantastic throughout, keeping in regular contact and making sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, a brilliant service and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicemove to others.

Excellent removal service. Used Nice Move a few times now and they are always lovely. They really look after your possessions like they are their own. Using the storage units as well this time which has been very useful.

Friendly & Professional. Had all the kit they needed and a lorry that was plenty massive enough for one journey. We weren't moving far, but had so much stuff, we were worried about the logistics. The lads just cracked on, and put everything where it needed to be at the other end. Competitive rates as well. Highly recommended.

Amazing service start to finish, from Patrick coming and looking at what I needed, Georgia staying in contact (but not too much) to see when we needed and the flexibility ( I didn’t get confirmation from solicitors that I could move until day before these guys were due!) to the lads arriving day before and packing everything up. Felt they looked after everything, sorted out little things that made the difference, even looked round at the end to see if things were where I needed them. Highly recommend 😍

I could not fault this service. Andrew and his team were polite, efficient and considerate throughout my move. All my furniture was taken care of and nothing even slightly damaged. A perfect experience and I would reccomend them to a yo e who is moving. I am so pleased I chose them.

We moved from Manchester to London and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Calvin and Jack were brilliant on the day — professional, efficient and genuinely lovely to deal with. They made a stressful move feel calm and organised.

Huge thanks as well to Georgia in the office, who handled our constantly changing exchange and completion dates with patience and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nicemove stepped in at short notice when our Removal Company let us down. They were very professional and made the move of house as stress free as possible for us.

Professional friendly nothing is too much. Punctual knowledgable loads of experience, superb.
I mentioned I’m rubbish at DIY, the next thing is the washing machines in all 3 beds are put back together, the guys even helped me set the rooms out.
This service is second to none, and pricing brilliant!!

My husband and I have moved several times over the last few years and nicemove have defintely been the best to use.

The team arrived on time, were very friendly, wrapped everything really well and took as much stress out of the move as possible!

Absolutely blown away with the service from all at NiceMove… we were in trouble as another company had let us down on the day before our move and NiceMove’s details were passed over to us by another company.

The turned the quote around in record time and turned up the next day as arranged.

The guys who attended were absolutely amazing and courteous throughout the whole day.
