Stopped to work after 4 time used terrible product

Item still has not shipped yet after a week, and I'm questioning if I will ever receive it. Will update review once I receive item and check.

I haven’t heard about the nicefeel oral irrigator 3920 that I bought the17 th of abril, since then. I want to know when am I going to receive it. I have written 3 notes asking this and no answer. Please answer this time. Verónica Mujica , Chile

I purchased an item 8 days ago, and have received no dispatch note or further information. I feel as though a request to publish a Trustpilot was rather premature given the fact that I haven't even received the product yet! Hoping that I will receive some information regarding its whereabouts soon.

did not receive item, fortunately paypal refunded the money. SCAM website.

Never shipped my item, scam site.

It took over one month to receive my product.

I finally received my replacement heads for my water flosser. However, this took my ordering twice, and having to follow up on the orders each time. It took over a month to actually receive the product. So, 1 star for service, but for the product itself, I would give 5 stars.

Would never deal with them again.order placed on 2/22/2021. Deliver was stated in 2 -7 days. It is now 3/10/2021 and I have not received my order. I have sent 2 emails to their customer service and have not gotten a reply in English, only the native language of the company. I can not read it and do not know anyone that can. I have no idea what is going on.
Luckily I paid through PayPal, so maybe I can get my money back.

I have used this water flosser for over a year. It bit the dust but really liked so purchased a new one. The plastic hose had a nick in it so purchased a new accessory over 8 days ago was billed and it has never shown up. So got on line and ordered a different brand although I have a new nice feel but need the plastic hose. Oh well, done.

Ordered a charger and a pack of tips for my nicefeel water pick on 1/24 it's not 1/30 and I have not received any type of shipping notice or any emails. I emailed on 1/27 to insure it was being shipped soon, surprise no one has replied to me. It's almost if they have just shut down. Will be disputing with PayPal and refunding.

I ordered Nicefeel FC159 Waterpik Cordless Water Flosser Tips 4pcs on Nicefeel website since I can't find the replacement tips anywhere else. The website said "2-7" days shipment time. It has been more than 7 days and I didn't even get a shipment confirmation email! That's unbelievable even under the current situation.

After 2 weeks my purchase has not shipped.
Contacted the seller who told me I’m out of luck cause he’s on vacation.
Will have PayPal cancel and refund

Items were never received. No response from customer service when I emailed about it, just an auto-reply email saying they were on vacation.
