Horrible nib customization work done by nibs.com

I sent them my Pilot Custom Heritage 92 medium to grind down to a fine. They have done an astonishgly horrible job, making the nib stubby and extremely scratchy. It's as if someone was practicing their grinding skills on my pen. The pen write awfully and is not useable. To think that I paid money for this.

PelikanM800 right oblique…ground poorly

i purchased a PelikanM800 right oblique stating I was left-handed - they state that they grind nibs. It didn't write well on arrival and, at their saying, I returned it. It came back not really usable. I had a previous Pelikan M800 (wonderful pen). Although they said to send it back they have not provided a return label or address (I'm willing to pay the postage). I bought it earlier this year - they were slow to send it both times. While I'm considering buying a replacement nib, asking if I could get a discount, I haven't heard back since late August.

Knock off of Conway Stewart

The company sold me a pen that I thought was a genuine Conway Stewart Pen. It did not come with paper. Contacted Conway Stewart, and they advised it was not one of their pens. Contacted Nibs and they said they did not say in was British, Deceptive at a minimum and more like fraud.

Don't expect a shred of customer service after your payment.

Bought a pen from them with a decorative inlaid 23k gold element, that I paid money for.

The element fell off within a short time despite babying the pen.

Customer service has replied to only one of my five emails (and I didn't spam them, I sent each email with a 2-4 week gap).

They've basically just told me to piss off and it's my problem to deal with now.

Horrible company, ever since they got shut down.

Sales Service

The experience was good few years back when i ordered a back order Nakaya pen, it's a pity that they couldn't keep up with the good standard.
Recently sent them six emails to enquire my back order and totally no acknowledgement or reply from them. Anyway I will cancel my order and order direct from Nakaya and will akso feedback to Nakaya to reconsider Nibs as their representative.

Poor Nib Work, Worse Customer Service

Pen was ordered with custom work. It took three emails and a phone call before receiving a response that the in stock item was actually on back order. The "upgraded" shipping offered as a remedy was simply the free shipping option I had already chosen. The pen was ordered with a custom ground nib, but the work was poorly done, i.e., when I wrote with the pen it scratched the paper. Will never order from them again.

unbelievable

I ordered a namiki pen on nibs.com, and it was very difficult to order. They needed so many emails to understand I want a full pen, not just parts of it. I week and half after, I finally receive the product and the 2 ink bottles, and there's this "provided converter" missing. I paid over 44€ taxes (60 dollars) and I cannot put ink I bought from them in this 150 dollar pen.
