No customer care, no accountability, no apology.

Ordered long before the cut off time for next day delivery. Realised via DPD it wasn't arriving when I'd expected. When I raised it with customer service they claimed a 'glitch in the system' had meant they'd missed my order and therefore the cut off for next day delivery. No apology, dreadful service.
