Was charged £60 for being slightly outside the bay in Newport, Malpas Road shopping strip.
Absolutely no need for it, just a scam to generate cash. Now I will never use any business there or return.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This company is full of money-hungry scumbags who have managed to fine me £300 for parking at my own place of residence, which they would be aware of as they sent these fines directly to my my address noting that the fine was accrued mere metres from that same address. What reputable company charges 13p/minute for a telephone call with their customer services? This company can’t go bust fast enough
relying on the naivety of landowners, management agencies and motorists in order to make a quick profit.
If you are a landowner or MA, as we found out, you can be named alongside them in any claim brought against them on your land. They do all they can to shift blame from themselves leaving you to sort it out. Residents are constantly photographing them acting unprofessionally and aggressively but they just don’t seem to care or alter their practices. They have made parking worse.
If you are a victim who has received a PCN from them, remember that it’s not a real PCN. Make sure to report them to the ICO and DVLA. Seek up to date advice if unsure. Don’t pay them.
Hopefully out of business soon.
If I could get away with not giving a star rating I would.
In December 2017 I was out with friends for a Christmas meal at a restaurant in Cardiff, on arriving I parked the hire car (due to work being done on my own) and went in to the restaurant to have a lovely meal, we ate, we chatted, we left.
In February 2018 I receive an invoice from the hire company to say that they had paid for a parking charge and would debit the money from my account, they had sent our details to the parking company but they would not accept it so we now owe them £60 plus a £35 Admin fee!
I contacted the restaurant that were very helpful and have sent email after email trying to get my money back, every time i call the phone number on the website I get cut off, it is now mid March and I am still £95 down.
Don’t pay these cheating, lying, fraudulent scumbags a single thing!
Next step small claims court!
