Very pleased. Highly professional, fast, tidy, friendly and polite. I needed to replace the heated rear car window on Saturday in bad weather and Nelcio did a fantastic job. The whole experience from booking to finished work was just a ray of light in an otherwise awful day when my car was broken into.

Came out on Sunday with less then 24 hour notice and Completely work around our busy schedule. Very professional and friendly people. Very reasonable prices.

From my initial enquiry to the end of the job NF Windscreens was perfect! When I first spoke to Nelcio on the phone, he was very polite and knowledgable. Prior to speaking to him I did speak to a few other companies who was offering to fix the panoramic sunroof on my smart car but did not seem confident enough. Nelcio on the other hand was confident, enthusiastic and passionate! He came the following day to come and fix my roof, but annoyingly the roof that I ordered from Mercedes was damaged and I hadn’t checked until Nelcio arrived so he could not complete the job. Nelcio reassured me and was so lovely and told me when I sort the roof out that he will come back and not to worry. The following day he called to see how I was, showing how much of a genuine caring person he is. I then got it sorted and Nelcio literally came the next day to fix my roof…incredibly fast! When I saw my car after he fixed it I honestly forgot the state that it was in! I definitely recommend NF Windscreen.

Cheap ,easy and hassle free experience.

So someone smashed my front window. I called and instantly got a quote of £115 for call out next day between 1-4pm. He arrived and done the cleaning very well but unfortunately the supplier has given him the wrong Window. Extremely frustrating for both. He covered my window with thick plastic so I could drive to work and he met me at my work place and kept me updated. The supplier now was charging a ridiculous price £200+ for a window so he outsourced everywhere and finally managed to give me a price from Milton Keynes of £165. Came to my work place, fitted it on within 5 mins. Very friendly engineer Nelcio went above and beyond. Only negative I could say is the the supplier with ridiculous prices when from a quick search on eBay I could see cheaper prices. However, I needed a service done quick and that’s what he offered so I am satisfied.
