Customer Service needs to listen to the Customer
I had to go through 6 different departments to place my online order, associates were not very patient or informative they just sent me to another department,
I just needed help with the Delivery. I was on the phone for an hour!

Great experience
The whole process was simple from the credit application, and the 12 months interest was perfect. Great price on the recliner. I had originally got qouted $560 plus tax here locally at my hometown. I got a better deal and even got the 5 year warranty.
