If your looking for Nexus Wholesale try Rapid Distributor in Torrence CA. Their website facebook link took me to Nexus then i did a history search and found this complaint forum. I was looking for a local CA Amazon distributor. I called Rapid in Torrence CA and an Indian guy answered. I find it interesting that the facbook link on Rapids website took me to Nexus Facebook page. Just an FYI for those trying to recoup your money.

Title: Empty Boxes Sent to Amazon

I placed three separate orders with Nexus Wholesale LLC, and in each case, Amazon received the boxes, but nothing was ever added to inventory. Nexus appears to have shipped empty boxes to the FBA warehouse. I waited each time until the shipment was officially closed, and eventually received reimbursements from Amazon, but only after losing time and risking account health.

This wasn’t a one-time error. Three consecutive orders resulted in zero sellable inventory. Communication from Nexus was limited and unhelpful when I followed up.

I’m leaving this review to warn other Amazon sellers. Be extremely cautious. Just because a box is scanned in doesn't mean it contains what you paid for. Nexus’s practices raise serious trust concerns.

They're scammers!

They're scammers! We ordered $20,600 worth of inventory and never received the product, or any type of reimbursement. Nexus was quick to withdraw from all communications after stealing our money too. During the small window of communication after the order it was brought to our attention that the scheduled truck got to the provided address from Nexus and it was an abandoned building.

We placed a wholesale order with Nexus…

We placed a wholesale order with Nexus Wholesale and paid in full upfront. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the company failed to ship any product and eventually stopped responding to emails and phone calls. There has been no resolution, refund, or communication. This experience leads us to believe this may be a fraudulent operation. We strongly caution others against doing business with this company and have reported the matter to relevant authorities.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. They are not authorized agents for any brand. Once you purchase and ask for proof of authenticity for the products they sell, they don't respond by phone or email. Don't buy from them if you don't want to lose your money.

They're scammers

They're scammers. They don't ship the products they claim to sell. They don't provide invoices or the document authorizing them to sell on Amazon. Therefore, they closed my account, and I lost my money. $7,000. Don't buy anything from them!

Fake company

Fake company. They don't have any products for sale. If you send them money, you will get nothing back. They stole over $3,000.00 for me earlier this year. Everybody should stay away from this company.

They also have another fake store named Empire Distributer. All these 4-5 star Reviews have 1 review. They are the biggest scum to tough the wholesale market. Fools

SCAM!

SCAM!
Their address/phone number is fake.

For people who sell on Amazon, I please advise you to do your research before investing a lot of money on products.
Its extremely easy to build a website like theirs in a day and just list big name brands with high margins.

There’s a lot like these and I’m just looking out for you guys, as I myself, almost fell into this trap.
