Made a booking for my wife's 30th birthday in Hawaii and everything was seamless and you couldn't ask for a better price. Nearly half from what I saw on other websites, and we received a room upgrade. Highly reccomend!

It was easy to book, and received my email regarding my booking fast. I received a cheaper price for the same hotel thru nexttrip for the same booking dates, so saving money is always a plus. Before our trip, they called us to make sure we were good to go and didn't have any questions before we headed out of country for our trip to Cancun. I would use again. Thank you!

Nexttrip made booking my Feb 2024 all inclusive getaway a breeze. They were organized and provided all necessary documentation. My favorite part was when I needed to make an adjustment, I was able to call and get a live person which is rare these days. I 100% recommend them.

NextTrip made my 40th birthday experience the smoothest and most wonderful experience ever. Organizing 20+ people from across the country to convene in Los Cabos, Mexico for my birthday is no easy task. It would have been a nightmare to manage all the planning, transfers, information gathering myself. Their white glove group booking service was OUTSTANDING! Lori at NextTrip was amazingly helpful in assisting with questions, booking transfers, and coordinating the group into their respective transfers. Everyone in the group had nothing but rave reviews to say about NextTrip and Lori. I've even spoken to guests in our group and they mentioned that they intend to use NextTrip for their own group trips in the future. I 100% highly recommend NextTrip's services, it is totally worth it if you want a stress free trip planned for large groups.

Went to Nashville for a concert and booked my place through NextTrip (stayed at the Bode in a three bedroom which was perfect for our group). The booking process was easy and secure. The hotel had my information right away and I had a seamless check-in process because everything was correctly handled. Made it to the concert on time and had a blast! I’ll definitely book my upcoming Jamaica All-Inclusive with them because I’ve already seen a great rate for the resort I want on the NextTrip site!

We used NextTrip to assist us with booking a family trip to Puerto Vallarta in June of this year. The experience from start to finish was smooth and easy. Do not book with this company, you can’t reach anyone in the company. I’m a travel agent and have one booking under deposit and another that that was ready to book but they let all of there employees go and won’t answer their phone calls or emails. I can’t even find the booking I made with them. DO NOT BOOK WITH NEXTTRIP JOURNEYS!!!

My husband and I were ready for our first international travel post COVID. The world is very different now with unique requirements for each country. Having an expert planner instead of navigating all this ourselves turned out to be a godsend. Kitanya either knows direct answers or will find them quickly. She was on top of our schedule changes and health requirements before we knew there had been changes. Safety is highest priority in 2022 and we felt 100% prepared.
And then our “vacation”: our hotels were fabulous. All of our assigned drivers exceptional in service and knowledge. We left it to Tanya to plan our three and a half week itinerary to London, Portugal and Spain. She took the time to get to know us and our preferences. I felt as though a friend was planning it all. Our plays, our tours, all activities, our meals, etc etc were memorable! She also sprinkled in “free” days for us to explore spontaneously. A wonderful combination.
Throughout our planning, Tanya was readily assessable in her very friendly manner. We were extremely happy at the conclusion of our trip when reflecting on both the planning and the actual journey.
