Not a good company as far as shipping and communication goes.
Company has deserted its kickstarter campaign supporters after taking nearly a quarter of a million dollars form its customers. No Emails, No Refunds, No Products.Yet in the midst of all this, they are still listing the non existent item as something you can send them money for with claims that are totally false.
They take your money and sit on it for months, and months.
After about six months I got my stuff which they claimed was in stock when I bought it.
There are other low-cost SOC's out there.
Yes, they might be having supply issues - I'm sorry to hear that. But they
take customers money and do not communicate. The people who want these cheaper boards often cannot afford to be financing a company who doesn't deliver on their in-stock, next week, next month, next year promises!
This has been my experience. Sad to see them going under. Bad management I guess. Kickstarters don't always have what it takes to manage a business. Sadly it's their customers who often pay for their inexperience in the business world.
Get a cheap raspberry π or look-alike instead.
It's not that their products are bad, they are quite good. But I would not buy from them again.

Although the order was placed in January 2017, the order has not been send yet. Neither do they respond on their given email address.
nextthing.co has a number of issues to correct with customer service.
Be very wary of them, ordered one of their products back in March with Q1 expected shipping, still not arrived and a forum update informed me I was now likely to expect delivery in August. They never updated me directly I had to hunt that information.
Bought a different product from them with 3-5 day expected shipping and it's been well over a month now with nothing. When I wrote to complain and ask for a refund, they replied saying they had issues with my address. When I reaffirmed I wanted to refund they have ignored my repeated requests for the last two weeks.
Will be filing for online fraud with my bank today, as I told them I would be and yet still no reply.
UPDATE: I've finally just received notification of refunds on both my orders, as such I've raised the rating to reflect the company has indeed finally done what was requested of them. In all honesty I found their customer care to be extremely lacking, however, I can no longer call the company fraudsters.
