€1900 per month gets you a Tesla Model…
€1900 per month gets you a Tesla Model 3 Performance (great car), that happens to be a high-mileage vehicle with badly damaged rims and chunks of rubber missing from tire (see pictures). The car was not serviced beforehand. We had the car for six months and had to do the service ourselves. We were not compensated for this. When the car had an issue, we were left to fend for ourselves despite anywhere between five and seven nextmove employees being involved, operating at the highest level of incompetence. Calls not returned, autoresponders galore. In the end, we had to drive the car to Tesla, after making an appointment there ourselves, and had to spend a day dealing with it. When we decided to return the car early due to the overall lack of professionalism, that's when they decided to go nuts with imaginary scuffs and minute damages. This is despite the fact that we originally picked the car up in the dark and no official handover took place. Instead the employee told us that "he had to go home now." What can we say: Tesla is great, nextmove is a catastrophe of a start-up. Hard avoid.
