I purchased Autocad a d Revit from NextDigitalKey.
I had a problem with the licence a d informed the support team and issue sorted within a couple of hours.
I was worried the licence would not work.
But the software is superb and works perfectly.
If you need software check out these first as you will not get a better service with backup to match.
I have told my colleagues to use them.

It took a bit of time for me become familiar with the process of getting the software to load, then it was fine. Nothing difficult though.

Revit 2024
I purchased Revit 2024 from Next Digital Key. The software was easy to down load from the Autodesk website and loaded perfectly onto my pc. I did have a glitch when my pc got upgraded, but NDK helped me out very quickly to get me back up and running. I will recommend NDK to my friends without hesitation.

The beginning was good... the rest a desaster.
The beginning was good, everything worked well, but later (~3 month) when autodesk changed to e-mail login instead of ID, your support didn't answer. Support phone numbers never ever existited, and believe me, I tried several times and there were different numbers on the homepage. After finally being fine with myself, that I obivously had to pay for lessons learned, you annoy me with your experiance rating stuff...
But OKAY, may I should give you a last chance:
take the account. you have under this E-Mailadress: (of course also here very non specific and not possible)
and connect it to the two Autodesklicenses I bought.
I am happy to hear from you to rethink my rating.
