While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I wish I knew how to do that Dennis
I wish I knew how to do that Dennis. I'd probably do it. We only get about a dozen of these people using our Contact Form and these people (Cheryl Parker) have done it twice in the last 4 or 5 months. Really annoying. They know you can't SPAM them because you'd be spamming your own e-mail address. I actually AM looking for funding for a Letter of Credit for an export project, so I took a minute to research this company and am glad I found you all.

Constantly spamming our company through our web form. DO NOT USE THEM! Complete scam! Have reported them and will continue to do so every time they fill out another contact form!
Constant spamming of my website contact…
Constant spamming of my website contact form. These people are SO annoying. My business is clearly not in the USA, they couldn't issue a loan to me even if I wanted one, and there is NO reason why they should use my contact form to advertise their services. Each time they have identified as being in Las Vegas, the callback number is 725-867-2209 and the individuals have been "Mark Simmons", "Kevin Murphy" and "Cheryl Parker". I truly hope each of them is fired for this behaviour. If their actions have been condoned by the company, then I also hope Next Day Working Capital is shut down.

Stop spamming my website contact form or I will set up a 24 x 7 ddos campaign and send you 2 million scrapebox links for your blessing
Next I will report to the following agencies and encourage other to do so. Pedatory marketing by Lendors is a crime:
Federal Agencies:
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)
The CFPB handles complaints about predatory lending, misleading marketing, and unfair lending practices.
Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
The FTC investigates deceptive and unfair business practices, including spam and fraudulent marketing by lenders.
Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
If you are receiving spam calls, texts, or robocalls from a lender, report them to the FCC.
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
If the lending practices involve housing discrimination or predatory mortgage lending, HUD is the right agency to report to.
State and Local Agencies:
Your State Attorney General's Office
State attorneys general often investigate and prosecute unfair lending practices.
State Banking or Financial Regulators
Industry and Consumer Organizations:
Better Business Bureau (BBB)
While the BBB does not enforce laws, it can help warn consumers about bad actors.
National Consumer Law Center (NCLC)
Provides legal advocacy for consumers facing predatory lending issues.
National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA)
If you need a lawyer specializing in predatory lending cases, NACA is a great resource.
Lastly, you will hear from my lawyer for infringing on my brand, my reputation and my company assets.
