Thanks for your review, our DPD is a Next Working day service if you ordered after 2pm then this will dispatched the next working day. Royal Mail do have a delay at the moment and this is mentioned at checkout. If you ordered before 2pm and your order didn't come the next working day then please email us we'll happliy look into this for you.
Resolved issue
I had a vape arrive without a battery, the description from the manufacturers was confusing as it says it came with a built in battery however excludes the battery on the box contents- After contacting next day vape they apologised and credited me with enough to purchase a battery from another company

Usually pretty good
Never had a problem before, this time however it was pretty shocking. Package was split open and missing half of the order which is pretty great as it’s not cheap.

Ordered for the first time, very quick delivery! When my order came i noticed that one of my e-liquids was slightly out of date...emailed the company and had a response straight away from Gill, fantastic customer service. Sent me out another e-liquid and when my replacement arrived the next day I was happily surprised that I received another 50ml of juice and a couple of nic shots for the inconvenience. All in all a pleasant experience shopping with the company, and will definitely be shopping and recommending these guys again. Many thanks again to Gill and NextDayVapes

This was your mistake unfortunately. We cannot be held responsible for the details you enter during checkout - we can only send the parcel to the address that you provide.
