Next Day Pets representatives were very knowledgeable of the process, so any questions you have will be answered intelligently. I like that you have to prove your identity before receiving the puppy. Also, when you send a message, they respond within a reasonable time. I would use Next Day Pets again.

Everything was exactly as explained and very reliable and legitimate.

I had a Brussels Griffon. She was almost 11 years old. She died two weeks ago and it broke my heart. I started looking for another one but was having some difficulty. Then I found a French Bulldog and the process started. Everyone was very helpful from the start to the final delivery. The delivery lady was very nice and kept me informed on the progress from Texas to my door.
It was a long two weeks but I would do it again.

I think the process, or the experience, of purchasing an animal in this manner is quite stressful for the buyer. Though it's more stressful for the animal that is removed from their home and transported to a new one. That said, Grayson, my new two-and-a-half pound, 10-week-old cairn terrier, was well worth the wait. He's a little dynamo! He's healthy, he has a wonderful personality, he's overly curious, smart and is learning quickly. I can't wait to see him interact with his sister.

I love my pets and I always try to do something in order to take care of them. I applied to this company because it seemed to me pretty reliable. I bought here some things and ordered them. They were delivered pretty fast and I really appreciate the work of this company because it also takes care of the pets. I think that there is nothing more important in the life of people than the health of their pets. I got used to suppose that you would better have issues with your health, but your pets should be healthy constantly. So, I will definetely apply here once again in future.

Although there are many websites that deal with puppy mills, puppy farms, etc, Nextdaypets has done its best to make our experience as transparent as possible.

I was able to directly video call the breeder and ask all of the questions pertaining to our new puppy and they've also made it so easy to pick up the puppy as well (i traveled from chicago -> dallas).

I was afraid our puppy would've grown in an isolated environment but based on his behavior and reaction within the first week, he LOVES everyone and every dog outside. He never barks (even throughout the whole flight!), is potty trained within the first few days, and is an amazing addition to our new family :)

I highly recommend!

Today my little one was delivered all the way from Texas to Massachusetts, I can tell that she had been taken the best care of on her 6-day-long-trip!

And the most important thing is that I really appreciate my breeder, who had make my long-time-dream come true!!! My puppy even figured out to pee and poop right on the top of pee pads in bathroom on her first day! From this I can really tell that my breeder must have done so much to offer a caring and loving environment for all the puppies to grow up and get early puppy trainings!

It is a very delightful experience and there is nothing happier than having my healthy puppy arrived in time safely！

We had a wonderful experience start to finish! Renee was amazing as our travel concierge. She let us know every step of the process and answered all our questions. Shipping a puppy is terrifying, but everything was perfect— start to finish. Our puppy is perfect. He is well trained, (already crate and mostly potty) he is outgoing, socialized and completely prepared to join our family. The cost was a little shocking at first, but when you see how much effort and training is put into these pups, it makes sense. If you know what you want and/or have specific puppy requests, next day pets does a great job of getting it to you! Thank you Renee and our wonderful breeder!
