I bought this product a few weeks ago, the camera itself matches the expectations I got after reading its specs and online reviews. Its speaker is a bit loud, the coming coming out of it is distorted. But it's good to learn the different states, in the long term it's redundant with the LED color, the sound can be disabled in the settings. I am however disappointed with the permissions asked by the mobile app. It asks for the precise location even when not using the app, along with the permission to always run in the background. No explanation as of why, no option to skip the permission in exchange of disabled functionalities. App is completely blocked when this is not allowed. The GPS data recorded along with the videos are still available if the phone was turned off, so I assume the camera already comes with GPS hardware and don't understand why these permissions are required. The good part is that the permissions can be disabled after configuration without losing functionality.
