Update:
Nexstand reached out, apologised, and offered a refund. Apparently the holiday season has slowed the shipping service.

Hi Ariel,
We're very sorry to hear that the order has not yet arrived.
I have checked the tracking and it appears its in transit on the way to the address, last updated December 15th.
However, we do state 8-10 business days as the shipping time. Your order was placed on the 12th December.
If you are able to hold on a few more days to see if it arrives that would be great.
We have been made aware that unfortunately there are some delays, due to a surge of online shopping.
If it doesn’t arrive by the stated shipping time we are happy to offer a full refund.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you greatly for your patience and understanding.
