Amazing product, I'm about to get another one
Gosh, where has this been all my life as a student? As anyone who's 5'8 or taller, the desks and tables are short and I literally have had neck pain for years. No more neck pain anymore thanks to this product, 12" off the ground, higher than any other stand I've been trying to find on Amazon that is also reasonably priced. Shipping was fine from the UK and I love the communication this company provided!! 10/10 would recommend! I feel good about studying again with my 16" MacBook.

Zero Stars. I did not receive the product at all. Several weeks went by, and eventually, I received a refund, but I was left very frustrated and disappointed. I hope the company will improve their international shipping terms, especially outside of England, in the future.

Lightweight but sturdy
I searched long and hard for just this exact stand and I like it. It's sturdy but very packable / foldable and lightweight, great for travel. It's adjustable in all the ways I need.

Delayed orders and absent customer service
I placed an order for a stand a couple of weeks before going on a month long trip, and the longest date of the shipping window was more than a week before I was scheduled to leave. However, the stand didn't ship until after I reached out to customer service to request a cancellation. To add insult to injury, customer service did respond initially saying they would cancel the order and offer a refund, but did not respond to any of my follow up messages. The refund was never processed, and still radio silence over a month later.

This is a weak stand for its price
This is a weak stand for its price. My laptop wobbles a lot on it when I type or touch the table. The legs of the stand are thin, which does not allow you to hold it securely :(
