Never any issues Great company

I’ve been using Nexo for a while now, and there is a lot to like, but one major flaw holds it back.

The Good:

Great app experience: The interface is clean, and swapping between different coins is incredibly easy.

Flexible earnings: I love that you can earn a decent yield without having to lock up your funds.Top USDT rates: If you do choose fixed terms, the rates on USDT are highly competitive.

Cheap transfers: Moving money in via bank transfer is free and easy. They also offer unlimited free withdrawals on low-fee networks, and if you are on the Platinum tier, you get a free monthly withdrawal on the main chains too.

The Bad:

Flawed analytics: This really needs to be fixed. The app includes your new deposits in your profit calculations. For example, if you start with $100, your balance drops to $80, and you top up another $100, the app treats that new deposit as profit. It makes it impossible to see your actual P&L.

Dropping rates: While still decent, the overall yields across the board aren't quite as rewarding as they used to be.

Overall, it is a solid platform for managing and earning on your crypto, but the developers urgently need to fix the portfolio tracking so users can see their true performance.

I've been using Nexo for over a year now.
I'm very impressed with the service provided and intuitive platform, very easy to use. Specialy with the recent improvement in the credit line, much easier to understand and manage.

Recently had an issue with a wire transfer and their customer service was very helpful and it was sorted in a short time.
It has been a great experience for me so far.

Outrageous, I would give -3 stars if I only could. This is the worst experience I ever had buying cryptocurrencies!

I have been warned about unnecessary trouble Nexo is causing when you want to withdraw your crypto, so I tried to withdraw a little amount to another wallet just to see what happens. And of course, Nexo terminated my account IMMEDIATELY, without any warning or clarification. I lost all my crypto I bought with Nexo and got back only the money I paid ORIGINALLY, not the market value today, and no compensation for my profit loss. And no explanation, no questions or even “we are sorry”. I feel like Nexo fooled me to buy crypto easily with them when it was cheap, and stole my profit.

I’m a doctor with a good income and they treated me like a criminal. Imagine how they will treat you when you want to get your money? I don’t recommend Nexo to anyone if you don’t want to loose your money.

In my opinion, this is the best tool on the market for converting crypto assets into fiat. I’d recommend it to everyone. Funds are credited quickly, and everything is clear and transparent.

On June 4tn 2026, I transferred my XRP assets to my Nexo account. Since then, Nexo has refused to grant me access to my funds (approximately $1,000) without providing a clear explanation for the block. I am shocked by these practices, which strike me as both questionable and illegal. I have provided all the documents they requested, and they confirmed that my account is up to date. I am still fighting to get my money back. Meanwhile, they are almost certainly using my assets to make money for themselves. Any help in recovering my assets would be greatly appreciated!

I had a problem with my phone and I had to change my email for security measures and, when I notified Nexo they were quick to respond to fix all the issues concerning my new email Identification. Bravo

The ease of setup and verification and the speed of funding was great.
The sudden threat to suspend my account and the demand for further information AFTER i have borrowed and transferred assets is infuriating. Depending on how this "verification" process proceeds I may or may not close my account and do business elsewhere. BTW, LEDN has never done that to me.

Best to top top virtual depit or credit cars in Europe. Have not find anything better. Sometimes little bit slow and app could have a option for basic version who wants to use only core features like some other crypto exchange has.

Nexo offers some additional trading tools (like dual investment, hard to come by nowadays), plus income accumulated daily. What's not to like?
