I booked for laser hair removal via Groupon, the booking was for a large area which stipulated on the their description that is the face. On my appointment day for patch test the lady told me that my chin, that I wanted done is not part of my face but belongs to my neck.I have to pay £20 extra for each treatment and she doesn’t know how much treatment I will need.I have been an RGN for years and this is the first time I heard that a person chin is not part of their face. She was very rude and unpleasant.I never went back for the treatment even though I have paid because I did not trust her to do anything on my face.
