UPDATE! New York Fresh Flowers responded courteously and well to my email on failure and made amends for the mishap on flower delivery and missing Chocolates. While I was annoyed - you have to admire a company that acknowledges their error and rectifies it.

Special gift for our daughter celebrating Birthday away from us in 25 years! Flowers and Chocolates! The Flowers were not delivered in the morning as requested despite 5 Days notice of request and the Chocolates were not delivered at all - No chocolates in NYC! - I was only told the day that they had been left out. A note was sent the following day about sometimes things not going right - BUT there are No second chances on Birthday Surprises.

Always a risk to order flowers from abroad... but not with NY Fresh Flowers. The order was executed as agreed, top quality flowers, decent price and a happy receiver of the flowers.

I loved the arrangement made. 100% will make more orders. The floweres were fresh and lasted a while.

this place had just what i needed when it came to my bae's birthday. it was beautiful, clean and just what she wanted when she got home from work. perfect for anyone in the tri-state area
