We ordered a gift basket for our daughter who had eloped to NY to get married - New York Blooms got one 1 item right. We had explained how important this basket was to our family as we are in Australia and were promised the world. Absolutely NOTHING looked like the photo. The balloons were left completely out and never received. The cake that was substituted for the cake we had ordered to represent a wedding cake was a cranberry bar cake in a plastic box wrapper that looked like it had come straight from the supermarket. We ordered a box of flowers in pretty pinks and a bunch consisting of one lilly and a couple of old roses turned up wrapped in bright purple florist tulle. I'm sorry I can't post photos to show you what was received and how ghastly it was. We had picked out a card and wrote a loving message from the whole family wishing them congratulations and a happy life together and an A4 sheet of paper was delivered with the message that read "Congratulations - sent with care" and my name. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR GIFT DELIVERY!! New York Blooms - YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!
Paid $19.99 EXTRA for next day delivery and the flower I ordered for my elderly mother on Easter Sunday STILL hasn't arrived. This company IS NOT BASED in New York despite the name and NO ONE has answered my emails as to why the delay and therefore no reimbursement . Considering the coronavirus I was patient and awaiting an email but now it's been so long without any reply I had to make others away.
