Shocking!
No communication, constantly let down on appointments either they change allotted time or come without any items to do there jobs.
Issues ongoing since August with many a call out to the property yet still nothing has been fixed. Not good.
Absolute shambles of a company. Really really poor customer service. Waiting 3 months for glass to be replaced and 3rd time I've been told there's no booking on the system and they've had to rearrange appointment. On one ocassion an engineer came out to do half a job, and then a week later another came out to do what the first engineer had already done, still no sign of the replacement glass. Have no faith they'll attend the 4th time. Never had such bad customer service.
We constantly had problems with the front doors in last 5 years since we had all windows and doors replaced. The door was replaced once due lacquer damage from UV, repaired twice within warranty, all rubber seals on the frame fell off and I constantly have to adjust the hinges to lift it up as is touching the bottom frame. Last week the main lock get stuck and I had no other option but to cut the locking bolts. after contacting them they refuse to replace the locking mechanism within warranty and pointed me to the local shops to buy one and install it by myself. i also offer them the option to ship one locking mechanism over and I will fit it by myself, same answer " Please visit you local Screwfix....."
I end up spending £100 on a new locking mechanism and had to secure the door with a 2"x4" timber from inside. I advice potential customers to stay away.
Severe condensation problem on bi fold doors causing damage to flat interior. Despite repeated requests for remedial action nothing has been done. Emails to the company and MD go unanswered despite their claims of great customer service.

Never bought from them as they took ages to respond to enquiry. When they did reply I mentioned how old the enquiry was. They then took weeks to then ask if I wanted a quote? Talk about one chance to make a good impression?
