Let’s go to the video

From time to time I have a question about the bike…they never fail to respond and often with minutes.
I had a flat tire and removing the rear wheel is not that straight forward; but they have a video on the process. I brought that video with me to a local bike shop. Fortunately I did, as the bike shop was not up to the task…until I showed them the video and then it was easy breezy.

Urtopia's first class support team

I want to give a huge shoutout to Stella and the entire Urtopia support team. My bike battery was damaged, and Stella made sure the issue was handled immediately. She arranged for a replacement battery to get to me within just 3 days, which is exactly the kind of first-class customer service people hope for when something goes wrong.

I’m genuinely impressed by her professionalism, responsiveness, and the level of care shown throughout the process. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind its products with this much urgency and support. Thank you, Stella, and thank you Urtopia, for taking care of your customers the right way.

Thank you again for your responsiveness for my recent outreach. I recently bought your flagship carbon one model. Love it. It’s my second E bike and I’m so thrilled that I’m riding one of your bikes. Appreciate you responding to my outreach regarding my purchase of a front rack, which unfortunately is not currently being manufactured for this model. I made an incorrect purchase. I appreciate the responsiveness to my request for a refund and your communication about my current model not having a front rack. Love the bike, ride it nearly every day and will be buying another model for guest when they come and visit me in Delray. Thank you again for everything.

I recently contacted Urtopia for Parts replacement

I recently contacted Urtopia for support with my Chord e-bike and had an exceptional experience. The customer service was incredibly prompt, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. They addressed my questions immediately and made sure I had everything I needed to get back on the road. It is rare to find this level of dedicated service, and I highly recommend them for their efficiency and support.

Urtopia Carbon Classic ST ebike
I bought a Carbon Classic ST bike a few weeks ago. It’s light (38 net lbs) yet powerful enough to assist me riding up hills. Because it’s so light, I can easily ride it as a “regular” bike, and use the assistance when I need it. I LOVE this bike…it’s high quality and very user friendly. Also, the customer service from the company is great..they quickly answered my questions. Compared to other (mostly heavier) bikes, this one is a true winner!

Smooth torque , super quiet

Have put on about 100 miles. The bike is very quiet and keeps up with rated mileage for the corresponding mode. Power transmission is very smooth - it doesn’t jerk at any point. I mostly use it on ‘smart’ mode and I get about 25 miles using up about 75-80%of the battery. The mud-guard is flimsy but overall the bike exudes quality. So far so good. Super enjoyable ride.

Good support response

I emailed support to get help registering for my warranty. They couldn't help me immediately but the communication was very good and when I got them the info they needed they set up my warranty for me and let me know.

My experience both times w Urtopia was…

My experience both times w Urtopia was for really non significant issues. They were helpful.
I love my bike thus far. The seat, is another issue. Still trying to find the best seat. I found a post and it helps significantly w the stiffness of going over bumps.

I love my Joy Ultra bike

I love my Joy Ultra bike. It's great fun and I really look forward to bicycling.

Grateful for the continued support

While my bike may have been discontinued years ago, Urtopia Support has always been there like I made that purchase yesterday. Stella, the agent who has been assisting me, has got me back up and riding on a bike that is as good as new. My next bike will be another Urtopia. Thanks much!

Great after purchase service! Had to replace a small part on my front fender after it broke during transport. Very prompt reply to my email with a picture of what I needed. Part is on its way with 36 hours!

The bike is a beauitful pink

The bike is a beauitful pink. I lke the step thru. I find that the 3 inch tire is more sensitive on the turns. Learning curve. I need at least 2 weeks to get used to this ebike. I use my bike solely for exercise and fun, so I will not use the throttle. The helmet is great. I am still awaying my comfort seat on the April 9th order

I asked a question about the suspension…great customer service

I asked a question about the suspension seat post I bought because it won't work with the AVES light system attached to the bike.
I got a quick response, a refund on the suspension seat post and they offered told me to keep the suspension seatpost in case I want to use the seat post if I take the AVES light system off. What a great company and excellent customer service.

Customer Service: response on time. several times helped with tire pressure, rear rack purchase, saddle, Throttle and choice of tire pump.
