Kennedy was excellent throughout, very good tutor, clear and informative. Walked me through the labs, lectures and any questions I had & always made time for me when it came to practicing for my exam.
Will recommend Newto and Kennedy to anyone looking to start a career in Cyber Security.
Thanks again Newto and Kennedy!!

I’m really happy with the training I’ve received at Newto Training. The cybersecurity course is well structured, easy to follow, and very supportive for learners at different levels.
A special mention to Kennedy, who is an excellent teacher. He explained concepts clearly and patiently, and her guidance really helped me while preparing for my Microsoft Azure exam. He was always very supportive.
Overall, a great learning experience and very good service. I would definitely recommend Newto Training to anyone looking to build skills in cybersecurity or Microsoft Azure.

The CompTIA CySA+ boot camp was fantastic with Baula doing a great job in delivering as usual. Thanks Baula!

187 days. That’s how long it took me to complete Newto Training’s Data Analyst Career Programme and land a job; going, in that time, from data novice to employed data analyst. It took me 268 hours over 104 days (excluding breaks) to complete the course and then 47 days (including 116 applications, 6 pre-screen calls, and 4 interviews) to land a job.
All this is a testament to how thorough the course is. The lessons go deep into advanced functionalities as they (mostly) build off each other. Alaa and Kennedy were very clear and informative in the live lessons, with projects at just the right level to present a challenge and build up a solid portfolio. The Support team were incredibly responsive, typically providing same day answers and superb revision material for the exams. Finally, Kavi and Janine were excellent, sourcing me 10s of suitable jobs (one of which was the one I ended up getting) and providing tons of tips to find job listings, perfect my CV, and ace interviews.
After finishing university (admittedly with a degree in Chemistry), I tried with no success to even land an interview for a data-related job. Now, I’m looking forward to starting the new chapter of my life as a customer insight analyst at a prominent supermarket chain in the new year. I would never have been able to do it without the whole team at Newto and for that I am hugely grateful.

The courses were excellent, and I appreciate Baula taking the time to thoroughly explain everything.

I have to say they are supportive! I had some difficulties with understanding some of the lessons and the mentor patiently explained the concepts until I understood! Super Supportive!

I just wanted to take a moment to share how supportive the recruitment team has been, especially Kavi and Janine, during this part of my training journey. I’ve been holding off on leaving a full review because I’ll be sharing my full review of the course once the Programme is complete, but I couldn’t miss the chance to highlight Janine’s guidance, clarity, and how incredibly responsive she is. She genuinely makes you feel supported and always takes the time to help, I honestly don’t know how she manages to give so much attention to possibly tens of us at the same time, and do so consistently. Her encouragement has made a real difference in how confidently I’ve been able to navigate the process so far, and for that, I’m really grateful.

Good Course Content RUINED by Terrible Service & Misleading Job Guarantee
My Experience:
I am writing this review to warn future customers. While the course content itself is good, the overall experience is destroyed by appalling customer service and what turned out to be misleading promises in practice.
✅ The Only Positive:
The actual training materials and course structure are decent and well-explained in theory.
❌ The Critical Negatives:
Extremely Poor Customer Service: The support team is unresponsive and inefficient. They take ages to understand simple queries and even longer to act. Requesting an exam voucher after finishing a module involves a long, frustrating wait.
Misleading Post-Course Support:
CV Preparation: Advertised as a service, but in reality, there is only one person. You have to wait about a month just for a basic feedback session.
Job Guarantee: This is not a real service. They simply forward job listings that are already publicly available on all major platforms. Any serious job seeker can see these are not genuine opportunities provided by the company.
The Shocking Refund Policy: This is the most serious issue. Their sales brochure and webinar slides clearly promise a "100% refund of all your fees" if you do not secure a job. However, in reality, they hide complex and restrictive criteria in the small print of their Terms and Conditions. The advertised guarantee is not what you actually receive.
⚠️ Final Summary & Warning:
The company invests in good marketing materials, but the practical reality is completely different. The process caused me immense frustration and headache.
I cannot recommend this training provider. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, you should look elsewhere. The decent course content is not worth the stress caused by the terrible customer service, the non-existent career support, and the misleading job guarantee refund policy.

I am currently a student enrolled in their AI Engineer course. I joined in May 2025 and completed all the exams and course requirements before October. After that, they took one month just to prepare my CV. Now they are simply telling me that it will take six months to get a job because the market has been down since November 2025. They only send a few LinkedIn job links, many of which are already expired.
I still have another six months left in the program and I am paying £110 from my hard-earned wages, yet they do not seem to care. One staff member even mentioned he is “busy with business development,” and I am 100% sure they do not have any genuine job partners. There is no evidence that they provide real job assistance.
On Trustpilot, they appear to post fake positive comments to mislead people and sell useless certifications. It seems better to look for a job independently rather than rely on this type of service in the UK. They also refuse to provide refunds, even though they advertised a “100% money-back guarantee.” This has been the worst experience I’ve encountered. Despite all my efforts, they have wasted four months of my time on unnecessary courses and taken £1,300 from me. Also please check other 1 star reviews

Just finish my Microsoft A-Z 900 exams and passed with flying colors. The exams preparation I had from Newto before my exams was very great. I was very nervous before the exams but they prepped me very well. Really appreciate. Newto makes IT education easy.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Newto Training Limited across their bootcamps, including CompTIA Network+ and Microsoft Azure AZ-900. From start to finish, their training delivery has been exceptional.
The tutors are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping learners succeed. The course materials are clear, up-to-date, and very well structured, making even complex topics easy to understand. I particularly appreciate the hands-on labs and real-world examples, which helped build my confidence and practical skills.
Newto Training provides great support throughout the learning journey quick responses, helpful guidance, and a learning environment that makes you feel supported every step of the way. Their bootcamps are well-paced, engaging, and perfect for both beginners and those looking to upskill.
Thanks to their training, I now feel fully prepared for both the Network+ and AZ-900 exams, and I’m already seeing the benefits in my career development.
I highly recommend Newto Training Limited to anyone serious about building their IT skills or progressing in the tech industry!

So far my journey with Newto Training is been amazing. Am in my 8 weeks and just finished SQL DataCamp. The lectures are very informative, the office team are very helpful and ready to help at all time. My mentor get involved and Kennedy is my favourite so far. He always takes his time to explain things and never judge anyone. I keep learning and continues to update my feedback until the end of my program.

I highly recommend this program! The instructors are so supportive and consistently follow up—honestly, I haven't received this kind of support even from my college teachers. They give you the hope, encouragement, and confidence to move forward.
The study materials are excellent and detailed, covering all bases with notes, presentation videos, slide PDFs, boot camps and engaging puzzles.moreover a comprehensive student journey.(I think old one was lit bit difficult to catch up but the updated one is incredibly awesome.) We don't need anyone else to make us understand our each steps to be taken next.
I plan to keep posting my reviews on my successful completion and on their continuous support, including my interview preparation! This is a truly comprehensive and supportive learning experience
