Getting retainers has been a nightmare
Getting retainers has been a nightmare. They have sent the wrong ones twice. Ones they fabricated in case I wanted more treatments to correct my smile. Why weren't those include the first time?Anyway, I'm going on 6 months since i originally ordered a new set of retainers and I'm over NewSmile.

My lower teeth crowding wasn't getting…
My lower teeth crowding wasn't getting fixed (aligned) at all, I have noticed that around step 10-11 and pointed it out to their team, usually got none or some reply after over a month. It took 8 months of forced negotiations to get the new impression kit. Now it's been 2 months since and still waiting for my new aligners. So 1 year of failed treatment, 6 months of negotiations and endless waiting while my teeth shifted completely back to step 0 pre-treatment stage. Now waiting for new aligners to start another treatment from scratch and hopelessly thinking it'll work out this time.

80% straight is considered successful for them??
Started 2/2024, Rec'd 4/2024, refinements needed and finally granted again for 3/2025. Again needed refinements July 2025 and was denied. told...."To help clarify, if your teeth have relapsed, shifted, or require additional straightening, and your original plan has already achieved around 80% of its intended goal (which is considered successful, as achieving 100% alignment is not always possible due to differences in bone structure and tooth movement per person), then a new treatment plan may be required to reach further alignment goals" My teeth did not relapse, I needed 2 more teeth straightened up, maybe 3 more aligners and they repeatedly declined to fix it. They want an add'l $1200 to complete the job....I've already given them over $1400....they replied below that they reached out via email. They never reached out!

Have yet to receive a night guard that fits

My first impression were lost in the system.
After contacting the company as to what the status of receiving my night guard it was only then I was told they needed to send me a new kit.
It arrived without any instructions or letter nothing. I remember and made the impression and returned.
Finally 4 months later, I receive the night guard and it in no way fits . It’s too small and doesn’t align with my teeth.
I’ve requested a refund and I keep getting ignored saying the dental team will review the pictures.
Also there is no way to contact anyone in person - or even chat. It’s all delayed correspondence over email.
