Overpriced shoddy craftsmanship

Let me count the ways in which this company has gone dramatically downhill. Here is what over $2K bought us:

Utterly disgraceful “service,” if you can call it that. It took over 2 months for our faucets to come in and, then, the first thing we had to do was refuse delivery because there were parts missing. Once we took delivery after they sent the missing parts, we noticed that the plating hadn’t even managed to cover the entire faucet. Somebody is clearly asleep at the switch over at Newport Brass. Definitely not worth the price.

We had been buying Newport Brass for decades but, clearly, excellence is no longer a priority. We won’t make the mistake of wasting our money on their products again.
