Very disappointed with my last order…

Very disappointed with my last order and the one before that. They usually indicate when a product is out of stock, but twice now I had one product missing from my order and did not receive any refund for the last one. Their support keeps reciting the policy without understanding my frustrations.

Fake product

Fake product, scammers. I paid on Dec 5, it’s now Dec 18, never received any product. I’m going to reclaim money via PayPal. Website is sending me emails almost every day. Don’t buy, don’t subscribe.

A very bad company operated by amateurs

A terrible service, Deceitful, Untrustworthy, Careless Tiffany
I paid for 4 omega 3-7 to be delivered within 48 hours.
instead it took a week to received.
When received discovered that they sent me Only 1 box. I contacted Newpharma, Tiffany promised to send, that took 2 weeks.
When received I discovered they Only sent 2 boxes. One box is missing. I contacted newpharma 72 hours tiffany replied telling me we refund you.
This is a very bad company operated by those who does not know what is business and do not care how to communicate. It is shame that we are dealing with newpharma Belguim
Do not trust them.

Orders are more expensive using promolinks

Have been buying from this company for many years now, never had problems.

Got an email with link and promcode from them (10% off of all products on their site).

When using the link in their birthday-email, my order turned out to cost more than when ordering though their website while using the promocode….. happy birthday indeed:(

Very satisfied with the service of this…

Very satisfied with the service of this company. I highly recommend Newpharma, the company and Team are nice, always ready to help you if you have any question or doubt about something. They have nice products for a good price. You don't have to wait too long to have them in your home.
