They don`t display the complete ingredientes of their products. I have ordered 1 thinking the ingredientes that they display in the product card where all of them, when I received the product there there like 10 more ingredients that they dont share, some of them very damaging of your health and sugars added.

Already the 2nd time that my order was lost and had to be dispatched again.
Although quick reply and sent again, no proper apology and redemption offered.Very annoying that I need to follow up and be worried for future orders if they might arrive.

Everyday(!!) I send massages together with the photo’s. But nobody gave me a personal massage how the will solve my problem!🤬 ! No new articles
NOTHING!! I MONEY GONE!

Hi im missing two more products from my order how can i get the remaining products or my money back instead? Really annoying when you send me an email your order has been ship but recieved incomplete.

The parcel arrived within time and very nicely packed. Everything was in great condition. I have used New Pharma three times so far and I can confidently recommend it.

Overall this website is okay, ordered multiple times before.
However, you can't return an item that was opened. How am I supposed yo know if some new product fits my skin if I haven't even tried it? Now I'm stuck with a bottle that I can't use or return. Not ordering from here again.
Customer service wasn't much of help either.
