We arrived later than expected and left earlier than expected, but was given no credit/refund. Pricing is based on arrival and departure times, but we arrived later than we stated and left earlier than we stated. The web site says there is credit/refund for less time spent using the lot. I even emailed them about it. No reply. Otherwise, we had no issues.

Easy to locate and reserve a parking lot close to where we are staying in New Orleans.

Long wait to be shuttled to our cruise ship. Was there plenty early and still had to wait 30 minutes with no bathroom available .
Upon returning we couldn't use the elevator if we had luggage.

Definitely worth the fee. We parked on the rooftop which is on the 14th floor. The shuttle was there as soon as we came down to the first floor and immediately after we disembarked off of the ship. The employees who loaded the shuttle were awesome as well.

My windshield was cracked at there garage and all that was told to me was your car was parked there a week and there is nothing they were going to do about it. Very disappointed and will not use them again I would pay more money to park in a different garage because of the expense I gained to get my windshield fixed

The location of the parking lot was excellent. The garage was well-lighted. The problem was leaving. There was no attendant to help us bypass paying a second time. A code to input or a pass to scan at the pay stalls would be more efficient.

Very easy to book our parking spot online. They have a fast turn around getting you the information about your parking and give good detailed instructions.

Just returned from a 9 day cruise that departed from Julia Street cruise terminal. We parked at the Fulton parking lot that was about a block or so away from the terminal. They do provide a free shuttle that runs about every 5 minutes to transport you and all your luggage to and from the terminal. The cost for parking there was about $8 a day less expensive than using the terminal lot, and just as convenient in my opinion. Be advised that if you have a larger vehicle, like a taller truck, you will need to park in the oversized lot, which is a few dollars more. However, it will also be easier to just drive out when you return from your cruise, rather than having to wait for them to retrieve your vehicle from the rooftop. Either way, I would definitely recommend parking at this site.

Dealing direct with you saved me almost $30.00 over using the other site. The site wsa easy to use and the response was immediate with my reservation. I parked at your facility in New Orleans once before and wil do in the future.

We prepaid and reserved a rooftop parking spot. They offered covered garage. But our car stays outside at home and work so we saved a few bucks for a happy hour drink onboard and booked the rooftop parking.
We cruise out on Jan 13, 2020. Will let yall know how it goes.

It was easy enough to locate the parking garage we hoped to use, and to fill out the form. It was a little harder to find a place to print out the receipt while on the road, however, and we won’t get credit for what we paid already without a printed copy.

the sign up process took 2 tries however getting a parking reservation was quick and easy.
