I ordered a sunvisor sunglass holder back in early December. It is now Mid April and I haven't received the item. No customer service ph. # to call so contacted them thru e-mail They're placing the responsibility to track it on me. They don't even give me a valid tracking # and are very uncooperative. I doubt I'll ever see this item. Shame on me for getting scammed by a stipid Chinese Company. Don't order ANYTHING from Newmoll TOTAL scam !!!

Ordered item to hold my iPhone in car hands-free. Took forever to arrive. The magnetized portion isn’t strong enough to hold phone in place & instructions on box say to add magnetic strip to back of phone (which is not included) total scam ripoff! Shame on me for getting duped.

Purchased key rings for my wife's…
Purchased key rings for my wife's vehicle and mine. The devices came put together with no way of separating them to install on our keyfobs. Delivery took so long I almost forgot I ordered them. The laser engraving on the "Ford" key holder was very underwhelming. To top it off the manufacturer or seller could not and would not replace or give good instructions on how to remedy the issue. I need either my money back or replacements. I ordered a FORD and LEXUS

Logo badges came off both glasses clips…
Logo badges came off both glasses clips within a week or so of having them, and customer service would not accept photos, but insisted on videos. Offered me 10% of order value as refund IF I sent the clips back to China, at my cost. This would result in me being out of pocket by almost USD 50.00 with no product. An awful experience so far and hope Paypal will rule in my favour. Failing that I will go to the Chinese Chamber of Commerce to complain.
