I purchased the SOLAR POWERED FAIRY FIREFLY GARDEN LIGHTS in Dec. They worked fine for a few months but in the last few weeks three of them have stopped working. I contacted the store to exchange them for working ones as they weren’t cheap and I expected them to last longer than 4 months, and I was told it wasn’t possible as it was outside of the 30 day returns period and the lights were used. I’m unsure how someone could know lights were faulty without using them? These are poor quality items being sold for a high price. Steer clear!! Save your money and time and buy somewhere else.

Like many others I made a purchase of the aqua socks. They are too small so tried to contact them for a refund. After waiting weeks to get the original order I now can't contact them for a return.
Lesson learnt, money burnt. 😌

Works great at loosening grime off floors and the squeegee is a helpful bonus! Love it for deep cleaning behind appliances

Do not buy from this company.
Ordered Aqua socks (3 pairs for Grandchildren).
Sent wrong sizes, wrong colours, emails back and forth, then asked for a refund and a return bag to send them back 3 times! No more communication from them, have now put in a complaint with the finance company. They are looking into it so hopefully will be resolved soon. They are being reported, seems like they are from China, disgusting advertising.

Very disappointed with the service and followup from this company. After having received postage information from them, Tracking advises that the article is yet to be picked up from the sender. Communication from the company keeps telling me it will be there in 4 days yet tracking disagrees with this. I WOULD ADVISE PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS OF THIS COMPANY TO STOP, THINK AND GO ELSEWHERE.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would, ordered online dodnt arrived for 3 weeks...from china which it doesn't tell you when ordering, then wouldn't give a refund. Do not shop at this store.

I purchased one of their Culinare One Touch Jar Opener’s. Well it does not work, it is Rubbish. I requested a refund and was told to supply a video proving it did not work. I supplied 4 video’s showing the product did not work. I was then promised a full refund by Jane Villanueva (Customer Support) One week later, NO REFUND, When I followed up, I have now been told I can have a 100% store credit ( To buy some other rubbish) or a 40% refund on my purchase price.
This is NOT Australian, this is bull s#@t. I would not purchase anything from these people. They do not honour their word, and their “ Customer Service” is pathetic. Be warned, you will be sorry, if the product you buy does not work, you will not get your money back. STAY CLEAR.

This company is very easy to deal with. I was sent the wrong colored item...and contacted them ...they rectified the mistake straight away with no problem at all. Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with.
