I have just got back from my first visit at New Look Smile and feel I need to write this review as I am lost for words at the professionalism and amazing care I have received from start to finish. From the start I dealt with Fatma who was amazing and arranged all my booking and made my trip stress free this meant that I could focus on my treatment which I was nervous about. On my first day I was greeted my my coordinator Irem who was by my side through every appointment and nothing was too much, supporting me throughout my visit making sure i understood everything and clearing any queries I had. My first appointment was with my dentist named Ege who adapted my treatment plan to benefit my health and discussed thoroughly through my plan to relieve any anxiety I had. My second appointment was with my surgeon Yusuf who was such a professional dental surgeon and carried out my treatment plan to the best standard which I was expecting alot of facial bruising and swelling however this was very minimal which I believe was due to his professionalism. I feel like nobody every mentions the drivers on their reviews so I would like to say a massive thank you to Mert who was not only an absolutely amazing driver but a true gentleman.
If you are considering using New Look Smile all I can say is from the experience and care I have had, I would 100% recommend them.

I’m so glad I chose this clinic. This clinic was always in my top 3 of optiond and then a couple of music artists I know have been with this clinic since and highly recommended them so I decided this is my choice and so far I have no regrets! I went in February, had my scans, had 6 teeth removed(to be replaced with 6 implants), 4 route canals and the rest of the teeth shaved and given temporary teeth. I came alone as me and my mum was supposed to be doing this together but unfortunately she unexpectedly passed away so I found the emotional part difficult but Enis helped me through everything, he explained everything to me fully as I explained I have ADHD (DEHB) and during the whole process he was there to answer any questions, aswell as during the physical process he checked on me often as he knew my worried. Fatma and the other staff were also very helpful and communication was great😁. In the meantime of being at home end of February-start of July I’ve had no issues, it took me half the time to get used to the temporary teeth but of course that’s normal when they’re completely different in your mouth than your old teeth. The teeth they removed, 3 main ones was infected and I haven’t had a single bit of of pain since they was removed which is great 👍🏼 . A week ago I went back out for my 6 implants, they did an xray first and did some checks and they told me my healing has gone perfect. Fatma and Eda was amazing from the start, they explained everything in full, Eda checked up on me plenty of times during my time in the dentist chair as she knew my worries. After the implants was inserted I went back to the clinic for a checkup 2/3 days later before flying home and they said everything is healing as great as it can be in the short amount of time, I was so happy to hear that to know I am following their aftercare instructions😇. I’m now due to go back in October for my full mouth of crowns. I couldn’t thank the team enough, the staff are always so welcoming with a smile on their face, the communication is great and I couldn’t fault any of them, the receptionists, the dentists, the surgeons, the VIP transfer staff and the rest of the staff thank you for being patient with me, to anybody debating whether to go with this company, do it! As I said at the start, I’ve had no regrets so far. The first day I felt like a scared girl who may not be able to do this process without my mum by my side and the team changed my thought process through to just being very supportive and given the explanations and answers I needed ☺️

It is a daunting feeling going to another country and putting yourself in the hands of people you have never met.

At new look smile group they have created something special. They have made a safe space for people to travel.
What makes this dentist special and stand out is the staff right from the front of house to the dentists. They are truly amazing people

Firstly Fatma is brilliant, shes there to greet you and make you feel at ease. If theres any questions shes just just a phone call away and always there to support you with your journey.

This is my second time at the clinic, in which Fatma greeted me at the clinic and was right there to make sure if I had any concerns to be there to put my mind at rest.

I was then introduced to Rumeysa and oh my god shes brilliant, what I love about her is she sticks by you at every point in the clinic to guide you through everything whats happening.
I cant express how good and reassuring this makes you feel.

They have excellent english skills, polite, friendly and engaging.

I could sing new look smile groups praises all day.

If you want quality dental work backed up my amazing staff this is the place to go. You wont be disappointed.

Wow unbelievable experience from start to finish i have had 21 zirconium crowns fitted also 2 tooth extractions and 3 root canals felt zero pain through out the whole 7 days i was in antalya a big thankyou to fatma for looking after me and making me feel so welcome and also my co ordinator Rumeysa for not leaving my side throughout translating and making me comfortable my dentist aybike was amazing and excellent at her job and so passionate thank you to all the other staff too much recommended to anyone to go here

Customer care was amazing whole experience amazing went with no smile confidence left with complete full confidence in my smile

I was well looked afther in this clinic .from first time I went in January to this time now for my finals .the people that stood out for me the most was fatama she will always have time for you and look afther you always .and the young girl who gets your bite right and has you haveing your perfect smile .if you want a good job doing I recommend this place.they speak very good English most the ones that look afther you .

Absolute fantastic service from start to finish, can’t thanks this clinic enough for the service and hospitality, the staff are so friendly and supportive, and more than anything the outcome of my teeth were amazing 10/10.
