I cannot rate Newlife highly enough!

As a same-sex couple we had undergone four unsuccessful IVF treatments in the UK after which we decided to make the move to donor eggs and began to research lots and lots of clinics abroad.

After reading other people's reviews and experiences of clinics abroad Newlife really stood out for us. We decided to arrange a Skype consultation and weren't disappointed. It was the best thing we ever did! Three months later we were in Greece for treatment which resulted in our beautiful baby boy and eight months after he was born we returned to Greece for a frozen transfer and now have a beautiful baby girl also.

From our first contact with Chrysa and Dr Dovas at Newlife we were impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and dedication to their patients. Patient care at Newlife is exceptional! Throughout the whole process we only ever dealt with Chrysa. Communication with instructions or to answer queries was always within an hour or so, even at weekends, and we felt more supported at Newlife than at anytime in our UK clinics. This made cycling abroad a much less stressful experience than I thought it could be.

Overall I would highly recommend Newlife to anyone considering IVF treatment abroad. It truly is an exceptional clinic!

Initially we had two IVF failures at a clinic in Glasgow and at their partner IVI clinic in Spain. The experience we had in Spain was horrendous and is still painful to look back on. We were left feeling deflated and robbed.

After several years we finally decided to consider doing IVF once more and our lives changed the day we talked to Chrysa and Dr Dovas by Skype. I'm sure it was not the first time they had heard a story like ours and we just knew then that they got it. Within minutes of that call we had made up our minds to have a holiday in Thessaloniki and take up the offer to visit Newlife.

On our arrival at the clinic we had the undivided attention of Chrysa and Dr Dovas and after we had both been thoroughly checked out Dr Dovas was able to tell us that there was a polyp in the uterus that was acting as a natural coil and that without having it removed we would be wasting our time doing IVF.

Dr Dovas and Chrysa put a plan together for us and a few weeks later we returned to visit Genesis Hospital to have the polyp removed, before proceeding with the IVF treatment a few months later. We were obviously disappointed when the first transfer resulted in our first ever chemical pregnancy. However Chrysa reassured us that this was a positive sign that we could achieve a full term pregnancy and we are delighted to say she was right. We have to say a big thank you to everyone at Newlife for all the sleepless nights, dirty nappies and of course our wonderful baby boy!

When he was just 9 months old we took our son to Thessaloniki for a family holiday and visited Newlife where he was the centre of attention. We have cherished pictures of him being held by the wonderful people that make Newlife the most personal and trusted fertility clinic we could ever have wished for.

I chose Newlife after meeting Chrysa and Dr Dovas at the Cardiff fertility show. Not only were they the only medic/embryologist in the room I felt there were the most genuine people there. They didn’t push anything, there was no sales pitch, it wasn’t all about promises and beating quotes. It was honest and realistic. Being abroad I felt that I could trust them implicitly with my health which has been fragile at times and after visiting another clinic in Crete before and seeing how different things can be when you get there this was important. The customer service and support from Chrysa throughout was second to none. I liked that it was a small clinic and you are not passed around to different members of staff. They work tirelessly and I believe they genuinely care first and are a business second. Even when they were closed in August for their one break I had a bleed and Chrysa was calling me every day from her holiday arranging medications etc for me. After our second FET I have a simply gorgeous most longed for little girl. Simply cannot fault them and doubt you would find anywhere more professional, experiences and genuine. .

I wasted a lot of time and money at a local fertility clinic in Canada. I, one day, took a leap of faith and decided that I wanted to start my family right away with no more 6 month appointment waiting periods. I googled fertility clinics and Newlife came up as well as others. I contacted 5 in total. Newlife had the best communication and all the staff were caring. I went to Greece for a fertility holiday and came back pregnant, 10 months later I decided to do it again. Now I have two healthy beautiful boys 40 months old now and 23 months old. I thank Newlife clinic for giving me the family that I always wanted and dreamed of. That was the best choice of my life when I reached out to Newlife that day!

My husband and I had been trying to conceive with many failed ivf attempts. After seven years of trying in Canada we decided to look over seas and we came across Newlife Greece. We reviewed their reviews and decided to contact them. From the first initial email to the Skype consultation we felt very at ease and confident with Dr Dovas and Chrysa. Our emails were always answered promptly putting our minds at ease answering all of our questions no matter what time of day, you would forget you were communicating with Greece as the emails and phone calls were always met promptly.
The journey to conceive with Newlife took no time, we timed our summer holiday around it. It was easy to travel to the clinic with helpful suggestions from Newlife of where to stay and what sights we could take in. Our stay and travel was most comfortable it didn’t feel like we were going through treatment at all.
The clinic is a beautiful calm environment. We were greeted upon arrival by all staff and personally by Chrysa in the waiting room. You were made to feel as family, as I observed everyone in the waiting room chatting with staff and amongst themselves you didn’t feel like a number in a cold clinic.
I have nothing but good things to say about Newlife. Whenever I hear of someone in need of fertility I never hesitate to share my experience. I wish we had known about Newlife sooner but as the saying goes better late than never!

Newlife IVF Greece has offered excellent service throughout all stages of our treatment. From the very first contact to the birth of our son! The highly professional and friendly staff has been very supportive, has taken us seriously and been there for our questions at any time. Our health histories had been checked thoroughly and it was ensured that all health checks had been carried out (in my case also a weight loss was necessary) before the well-explained IVF process started.
Newlife has invested time and care in our treatment. Not the achieved pregnancy rates are in their focus but the actual birth rates, that is why the full support was given also throughout the entire pregnancy. It is not about “money-making” like in other IVF clinics, but about taking the patients seriously and treating them individually. That is why we have trusted Newlife from the very beginning and we have not regretted it! We will be back for a further treatment, for a second baby! We can only highly recommend Newlife IVF Greece! They have changed our life and we are more than happy!

We first met with Newlife at the Fertility show in London , from the very beginning they made us feel very at ease and took lots of information from us to be able to go away look through our history and work out how best to treat us , we discussed these findings over free Skype call which was very helpful in making our final decision to do treatment abroad.

The clinic is centrally located and close to an airport which worked great for travelling in and out and made it easy to work things around jobs etc.

The clinic staff and facility’s are equally fantastic , both me and my husband were both really impressed at how the clinic was run and how we were taken care of both personally and as a patient , the care doesn’t stop after you get pregnant they are always around if you have any questions and always ask for updates on how your doing as you go along. We now have twin boys thanks to Newlife.

I can 100% recommend Newlife and should we choose to have any subsequent children we would not hesitate to use Newlife again.
