I had a great set of photos but the website and Z card that my £1,900 Gold package promised, never materialised and the Aftercare was virtually non existent. I wrote a good initial review but need to alert others that the promised service did not come about.

I had a fantastic experience at impact digital studio. The team was supportive and professional.
I had hair and makeup done, and the photographer styled my outfits. We did 4 different looks. I was directed how to pose - so no need to be experienced! thank you for such a great time and pictures.

Wow.....
Wow...... what an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G experience. All the staff were fabulous. I had no idea what I was doing but was put at ease straight away. I was given clear direction on body shape / positions ect.
I felt like a superstar and was treated as such.
The viewing was incredible and everything was explained. Which was extremely helpful because it was all new to me.
Definitely recommended 👌

I immensely enjoyed my session with the team
I enjoyed my sessions with the team. The manager isna friendly and professional as the whole team They are all friendly and very courteous. There is an atmosphere of ease and it made me very comfortable
They wre also professional. I arrived early but they attended to me .tThe receptionist picked my call and opened the main door to me The make up was done perfectly well not heavy by a cety friendly make up staff
The camera lady is very is also.a cert friendly easy going photographer. She discussed my wears with me and took the pictures complementing me each time. I honestly enjoyed the whole experience
The studio is clean, quite and busy Dressing rooms great and big and private
