I’ve had exactly the same experience. I signed up for a course through Facebook that the advertise for $19. I fell that day so had to go to hospital. A few days later when I returned from hospital, I checked my emails and they had taken $97 out of my bank account. I wrote to them explaining that I will not be fit to do the course and want a refund since I never even got a chance to login. All I received was a message with a ticket number saying that my case is being reviewed. Nothing after that. I have continuously been sending emails requesting them to resolve my issue as I am unemployed and need that money desperately requesting they cancel my account, but they have not responded. The link that they have attached as their support contact is in Russian. They are a total fraud. Please do not trust this site.
I bought a course, was charged for subscribtion a week later (without a receiving a reminder email for the charge) and then requested a refund as per their website t's & c's. Support communicated that they would refund within 5 - 7 days. It's now been a month later with no refund yet and the support emails aren't operational anymore.
