The English breakfast tea has a lovely flavour without being too strong and the order always arrives promptly.

I am not good with ordering on line but I found this website easy to use. It was easy to order and great offers on the site. Got exactly what I wanted and more because of the offers. My order came quickly and really pleased with the items will be ordering more. Thankyou for the great service.

So embarrassed, I saved my lovely tin of tea for a family tea party. It was terrible! Colourless and tasteless. The tins may look lovely but the tea is the cheapest quality ever. Should have read the reviews.

Purchased the Peter Rabbit 240 Teabag tin from Costco.

The tin is lovely....the tea bags are like cheap toilet paper - do the basic job - JUST.

The tea tastes fine, but not strong like a Yorkshire Tea.

When it comes to removing the tea bag, I end up finding the bag has split leaving a load of tea leaves in the cup - which goes straight down the sink.

So you need to sort this out, as like cheap toilet paper - you make the mistake once, and never buy again.

Received a box of New English Teas - Breakfast tea as gift. Nice box. That's it. Teabags not functional, string breaks off very easily and pouch of tea opens up with loose tea spilling into cup.
Tea is very weak - had to use 2 bags at a time to make it look like breakfast tea. Taste was not breakfast tea - more like earl grey, which personally don't like.

Ordered my items and they arrived really quickly top quality tins beautiful Alice in wonderland and van Gogh sunflowers will definitely purchase from this company again top quality service thank you

Had a tin of English tea given as a gift and thought it was a really nice tin and so ordered the same for a Christmas Present. However, when we used the tea, we found it to be really weak and tasteless - now feel embarassed at giving the gift. The tins of sugarless mints to go with the gift were tiny.

Tin is a nightmare to get into then tea bag is in impossible to open plastic wrapping.Tea bag is tiny and slides off string when wet cheap and nasty products

Placed an order and one of the tea caddies was dented heavily on the lid. Box the orders came in was fine, so must have happened when packing. Contacted company with photo proof and they sorted me out super fast. Replacement came in perfect condition.

So, first time buying and wife and I are both impressed with the service.

Purchased before Tea caddy was dented. This time no dents as they must have noted my review and wrapped each Tea caddy with bubble wrap tightly. They always throw in some small freebies. I always buy when there is a bogoff offer as I donate the tea bags, caddy tin and buy some additional treats (nice biscuits and cakes) to the local homeless hostel.

Lovely products. Unfortunately, there was a small problem with the order but the customer service was excellent and I was offered the choice between an alternative product or refund. I opted for a refund and they upgraded my order to next day delivery (due to the slight delay) at no extra cost.

I made an order on 03/03, It arrived today, 06/03. Everything was perfect, they even put a small gift in my packet. I can not see any problems whatsoever with this business. Thank you, looks brilliant! And Thank you for the gift.

I placed an order on 3rd Oct. Today (12th) I got an email, saying 3 of the items I ordered I have been refunded for. Why did it take 8 days for them tk send the order ans after 8 days realise there was no thing to send. Absolutely ridiculous I think. For a company this should not have happened. The stock talker isn't doing their job amd unfortunately I am lost now because they didn't have the ideas I paid for and ordered. Absolutely disappointed and will never use them again.

Also got a bonus item, small, but it's always very nice to just get something. I appreciate it and am happy to purchase again. Not expensive and it's good quality tea.

I recommend the company. I ordered 6 boxes of tea as there was a 3 for £15 I also got -10% and free delivery. In addition, they gave mi mini pack for free. super fast royal mail shipping

Received my order, didn't meet my expectations so I decided to return it. They had me pay for the return, and took ages to refund. When I chased did they then requested proof I'd returned the item. They then confirmed it had been received and processed the refund. Imagine if I'd have lost the receipt, they'd have kept the product, payment and I'd have paid for the privilege. Won't be using them again. Didn't find the agents particularly helpful as they didn't seem to care I wasn't happy with the items, I don't know maybe it happens a lot? Not sure they are fully compliant with distance marketing rules as I'm pretty sure as I didn't have opportunity to inspect the goods at point of purchase I shouldn't have had to pay for the return postage when I wasn't happy but what do I know. At no point did they provide a return address to make sure I was sending it to the right place either, I had to find it. Just hope this helps someone.
